Came into this location’s Pizza Hut (Eastern Ave) and sat down for service. My family of 4 waited 17min for someone to serve us. We packed up to leave quietly and in passing we said have a good night and with a sarcastic tone one of the employees said “you too” with a high pitched voice and a smile as if they did not care that we never got served and no communication was spoken throughout the 17min we waited. No one ever said “we’ll be right with you” or at least got our drinks. Will not be back which is sad because I have given Pizza Hut plenty of my money.

I ordered a specialty pizza from them-Tavern Special double pepperoni because it was on sale. IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!! And, to top it all of, the staff was so friendly and customer service focused!
Vegetarian options: Their veggie pizzas have great flavor! You don’t even miss the meat.

The wings could have sauce. There was none on the wings. $8.99 for 8 pieces shouldn’t they have been all the same big size. How do you count small pieces with full-size boneless wings? That’s crazy.

Pizza was somehow uncooked. Guess there pulling them off the convayer belt early. Probably think there really good pizza maker cause how fast they are but whoever is making there pizzas in the evening has no clue what there doing. Horrable. Was forced to get grub hub to deliver it when it came 4 breadsticks amd 3 wings missing. Sticker ripped.off. door dash driver still got his 10 dollar tipplus dinner on my kids dime. A good manager would do wonders for this location.

They work unwillingly that I didn't even understand them, they didn't bother even going to ask at the table, I spent 20 minutes waiting there sitting there, I only heard them talk and talking doesn't have any kind of consideration, until I said if they can help me, from the table (they had supposedly told as soon as I entered the restaurant, They told me to sit where I wanted to grab a menu and that they would help me that I understood) (but like I said they said they told me I had to order in front) the girl who finally arrived after 20min, she didn't even go to my table, she asks what I wanted to order from 6 feet approximately away from me, it was very uncomfortable. What a horrible experience honestly I don't come back here, this franchise is failing a lot with this customer service and its half service, dine in but you have to order in front.
I wouldn't even leave a one star if I could. We decided to go to the Essex location being it said you could dine in. Upon arriving it was freezing cold in there. The employee at the register asked mobile order or carry out. I said dine in . She then said well you have to order on line then you can sit and eat. When I asked what specials they had she couldn't really tell me much of anything. She then advised me to look in line. The site didn't work well,took a long time to load up. Then not much of anything to order on the site we were told we had to order from. The only beverage they said they had to buy was soda. We left and we will never go back period.

When did they get rid of the flavor packets? I was at the establishment and I ordered a personal pan pizza, asked for some red pepper flakes and the gentleman said it's $1.25... and even if that's the case for take out orders, I could see the table shakers behind the counter, so I guess free peppers are for dine in costumers only, but to make me purchase a whole bottle for a personal pan is insane and mean. The pizza only lasted 5 minutes, it only needed 2 sprinkles on it, If that!!!! But whatever, my rating was already 2 stars for this location... have better customer support, because that's selfish as hell!!!
