Gone are the days of hand held menus.... everything must change, nothing stays the same.... except one thing pizza hut Pan Pizza is the tastiest pizza around~

There was 1 other person in the store. The guy that was working the cash register and taking orders was not friendly, did not greet or ask how he could help us. When he fi ally gave me my oder I placed over the phone, he didn't even say anything. Just placed the box on the counter and walked away.

Man, this store has really fallen off. Looked like only two people working during the lunch rush time, and they tried to keep everything moving. Unfortunately, the outdated dining area was in need of a face-lift, and the rest room was horrible.

The marinara sauce tasted sour, they gave me old marinara sauce. And the containers were covered in dried up sauce. This is ridiculous. I had to eat most of my cheese sticks with no sauce. Who ever worked January 26, 2025 around 8pm at this location needs to fired. I’m paying my hard working money to get expired marinara sauce. This is crazy!

Pizza and Management is terrible. My food was burnt and cold. I had to go back and get another pizza, a good manager would’ve offered a soda for the inconvenience of coming back to the store. The manager was very condescending, didn’t care. He just kept telling me they can’t take the pizza back, in which I knew. I told him I just wanted him to see the garbage they put out, he barely looked at it. Mistakes happen it’s all on how you handle it. Never going back. 👎

Came into this location’s Pizza Hut (Eastern Ave) and sat down for service. My family of 4 waited 17min for someone to serve us. We packed up to leave quietly and in passing we said have a good night and with a sarcastic tone one of the employees said “you too” with a high pitched voice and a smile as if they did not care that we never got served and no communication was spoken throughout the 17min we waited. No one ever said “we’ll be right with you” or at least got our drinks. Will not be back which is sad because I have given Pizza Hut plenty of my money.
One of the last Pizza Huts and they are just as good as is tye 80s fast and polite service.

I ordered a specialty pizza from them-Tavern Special double pepperoni because it was on sale. IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!! And, to top it all of, the staff was so friendly and customer service focused!
Vegetarian options: Their veggie pizzas have great flavor! You don’t even miss the meat.

The wings could have sauce. There was none on the wings. $8.99 for 8 pieces shouldn’t they have been all the same big size. How do you count small pieces with full-size boneless wings? That’s crazy.
