I ordered food as a door dash delivery around 5:15 pm, my dasher gets there and waits for like 25 minutes. He ended up canceling the order, another dasher arrives to get my order of two sets of 12 pc wings, fries, red beans & rice with biscuits. After 15-18 mins they cancelled as well due to unknown circumstances!???? it was not the dashers, it was Popeyes. If you don’t have wings DO NOT ACCEPT orders for wings. I spent $66.80 at this place and now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, very unprofessional. An I love Popeyes however will not be ordering from this location again.

Quick backstory: I flew my little sister and mom on their first trip to the U.S. a year ago over Christmas. She had her first chicken sandwich, loved it, and would be on the lookout saying “Pop-eyes” in her accent whenever we passed one. It became a super cute running joke. I stopped at this franchise on a whim to see if I could acquire some Popeye’s gear for to bring on my visit to Chile this past Christmas. The owner was very kind and went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service and appreciation. So here is the result!! Thanks again for being awesome and doing something special!

Very bad service employee's very rude i speak to the store manager very bad costumer service I get today the manager ask me to leave and give the food back they do not want to sell food Indian manager has to be fire from this store next time I'm going to record the bas service and posted on you tube ?????
Not a very clean place and your order size can vary sometimes you get very large pieces of chicken as well as tenders then other times you can get the smallest pieces which makes you feel ripped off especially the prices you pay !! Definitely not

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst Popeyes in the world. Mobile order didn't go through which is understandable. The gentleman at the front was beyond rude, nasty and tried to loudly intervene when I was speaking to another associate who came up to assist. As a grown man, he should have more respect for his customers let alone a young woman. I will never return here. I don't know who he walks around talking to like that, the people coming in this store shouldn't be one of them. I will also be forwarding this to corporate.

Numerous times now I found myself not receiving what I'm paying for. I get the popcorn shrimp half the time they put it in a large bowl with the biscuit on top. Tell me, how are you getting what you're paying for in that little bowl? Also they keep missing items on my order I'm just lucky to catch it before leaving and the manager corrects it before.
