I paid $83 for eighteen medium female crabs. By the time I drove home they were already cooled off. They were either over cooked or re-steamed, and dry. There were too many crabs without legs. Very disappointing. I called to speak to someone and was unable to reach anyone. Too many other crab places to choose from to return to Steamin Demon.

I didn’t like the way the lady tried to get smart with me when I said I didn’t want to place my order because of the weather. If the store was closing early, I don’t understand why she answered the phone just to be rude about it. Customer service should still matter, even on a bad weather day.

Tried to order some crabs tonight a hour before closing. They close at 7PM but told me no one would be there after 6:45. They were sold out of crabs but said they had some that someone didn’t come get at 5pm. I agreed to buy them even though they wouldn’t be fresh. I called back and told them I wouldn’t make it until. 6:50pm per my gps. The lady on the phone said that she don’t get paid for that and they were gonna throw those crabs away anyway. I am a frequent customer but I will not order again. The lady was very very rude and little did she know if she would have waited 5 extra mins for me I would have tipped her.
The crabs are spectacular. The best seasoning and customer support I've ever experienced in my lifetime. Please don't change.

One of my to go places, literally right up the street frm home,crabs were big,heavy and very hot! Great priced too!!The service was very nice,lady opened window said hello we chatted for a minute and off I went.must try this place, hopefully you won't regret it, I sure did not!
