“Basta Pasta We went there for Father’s Day and Paul’s birthday on July 3rd, just Paul, Brian and me. For his birthday Paul ordered the New York Strip steak with two sides, me and Brian ordered Chicken Chesapeake. Mine and Brian’s were great, 1/2 pound of crab cake over a chicken breast with a lemon sauce, it was delicious. We ordered with red potatoes that were fabulous. Now we come to Paul’s steak. He said it was the best steak he ever had. It was thick and juicy and had a charred outer crust. He shared with us. He ordered asparagus and red potatoes with his. All was served with a big bowl of salad and bread that we shared before our entree. How was that for a review?”

“***Catering Review*** The Sweet Greek catered our daughter’s wedding and the food was AMAZING!! Stan and Maria went above and beyond our expectations. The appetizers of spinach and cheese pies were a favorite among our guests as well as the spicy feta and pita! I especially liked the grilled and chilled veggies on the vegetable platter. Everyone loved the dinner menu. We had Greek salad, Greek rice, Greek potatoes, grilled vegetables, chicken kabobs and beef kabobs. Stan and Maria found the best selection of beef and it was seasoned perfectly. It was such a hit they may add it their regular menu. We are still getting compliments from our guests about how good the food and service was. We had 4 guests that had gluten allergies and they raved about the food. They were so happy they could enjoy everything. The only item with gluten were the pita slices. Very good choice for anyone with gluten allergies. Thank you Sweet Greek - you guys are the BEST!!”

“A big shoutout to Fast Eddie’s Catering for making my mom’s birthday super special! The food was amazing, just like always, and everyone loved it. Their pick-up platters are the best! If you’re planning a party, like for Father’s Day or graduation, you should definitely order from them. Trust me, you’ll be really happy with your choice!”

“Second night at Natalie’s. Came back to the bar to the same seats we sat in for our first night with our fabulous bartender Bailey! She came out to say hello and steered us to our seats after people left. She made great food and drink recommendations (along with the fabulous drinks she made including the lemonade blueberry crush, express or martini and a delicious watermelon drink). She was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The band was awesome and we happily sat for hours. Will definitely come back!”

“Swung in for the Snow Crab deal, to find that not only was it all you can eat snow crab, but included steamed shrimp, corn on the cob and fries or hish puppies! awesome deal, personable.service at both bar and dining area. Will be back!”

“An unexpected hospital stay changed our plans for Valentine’s Day, but a week later we were able to do carry out. I had the Linguine Primavera with EVOO and my husband had the Chicken Marsala with fettuccine. The meals were fresh, flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Warm soft crusty rolls added to our enjoyment. Portions were so large, it provided a second night’s dinner! This wasn’t our first meal from Acapella and they have always been on point. Will certainly be back!”

“Great time last night. Stopped in for a quick sandwich with my daughter.. she immediately starts talking to a gentleman.. meets his friend.. both are super friendly and ask her name. They spark up quite a Convo.. after a slurpee just her size, big bag of popcorn for her true loves birthday ( yes.. she told them all about him) and tomatoes with cheese all for her.. they made her night!! Long story shorter.. We met the owners of Subway in Fallston Jeff and Jake!! They were the nicest and absolutely made our night! Thanks guys.. she is now waiting on her store key in the mail ???”

“I had the best 60th birthday lunch with my Mom yesterday. Our food was amazing. My Mom raved about the California burger and sweet potato fries. I loved the beets which are my favorite item on the menu. The birthday dessert was delicious and decadent. Our waiter was awesome! An overall 10+ experience. Thank you!”

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!”
