Highly Recommend! My dad passed away and 20 of us came to Basta Pasta between viewing. They had a hot buffet waiting for us of Chicken Parm, Lasagna, salad and breadsticks. The food was wonderful! The staff was very tentative, kept the drinks coming and was extremely friendly! Thanks Nick and Foti!

We had a surprise engagement dinner here and Basta Pasta absolutely exceeded every expectation.
From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and easy to work with while I coordinated the night. They helped us set up a condensed menu that was printed for our group of twelve, were flexible with details, and made the entire evening feel seamless and stress-free. Jen was my primary point of contact, and she maintained constant communication throughout the process and did an amazing job coordinating everything.
The food was fantastic across the board. The appetizers were set out perfectly, the entrées came out smoothly, and everything tasted amazing. Highly recommended appetizers are the arancini (which was my fiancée’s favorite) and the bruschetta. The complimentary salad and breadsticks were fresh and excellent. I had the tortelloni pesto with red pepper cream sauce, and my fiancée had the stuffed shells with marinara sauce, both were outstanding. Other highlights mentioned by guests included the freshly made ravioli. We also had someone in our party with dietary restrictions, and the staff was more than willing to accommodate them without hesitation.
Our waitress, Madison, along with the other server who assisted us, were wonderful, checked on us consistently, and made sure the night went without a single issue. They also allowed us to bring in outside, decorated cupcakes for the engagement and served them for us, which made the evening even more personal. The owners and managers were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family.
They helped make one of the most important nights of my fiancée’s and my life truly unforgettable. This is by far my favorite and go-to Italian restaurant in the region. I can’t thank the entire team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They have lifelong customers in us. I highly recommend Basta Pasta for everyday dining, special occasions, or catering needs.

Service was wonderful, very attentive staff. We were there for brunch, the food was decent not amazing. I can't speak to their pasta and other items. I got the crab omelet, maybe it was my misunderstanding but the crab was on the side, not in the omelet. My friend had the same thing and she thought the same thing. It was again decent. There wasn't a lot of seasoning or extra flavoring.
Always the best Italian in the area.

Basta Pasta catered an event for me and they were incredible every step of the way. They took care of everything- were just all around lovely- and my guests loved their food! Not only did they definately make some new resturant customers with their food and and service- Jennifer and the Basta Pasta crew made repeat catering customers too.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, the food was incredible, the Christmas decor was immaculate, and overall a wonderful experience for our group. I had the beef linguine, my wife had the seafood Alfredo, and a friend had the fettuccine gypsy. All were fantastic! Highly recommend for a perfect date night or group gathering!!

Don’t bother making a reservation because you’ll sit and wait 30+ minutes after your actually reserved time anyway so there is no point.

Our first time here was wonderful. Our wait staff was great. We ordered the Panini w/ side salad which was excellent. Wait time to be served was normal. Loved the atmosphere. Definitely returning.

While it's a bit out in the middle of nowhere, Basta Pasta is worth the trip. The atmosphere, now done up for the holidays is comfortable without being pretentious. We were quickly seated and our waitress, Mary, was a joy throughout the visit. I had a very nice veal saltambucca which was nicely done. A large portion of veal on a beautiful bed of slightly wilted spinach with the perfect hint of basil. The sauce was delightful and not heavy. My only negative...and slight as it is...was that the veal could have been a bit more tender. The house salad was great, but the house dressing on it was absolutely superb. I did have a taste of my seat mates cream of crab soup which was tasty and thick with nice chunks of crab meat. Yes, its a bit pricey ($50 for my entree and a glass of wine) for the hinterland, but worth it. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5! Stop by and see what's cooking in Fallston! Kudos again to Mary and the chef!

Food was good, but service, not so much! Waitress didn't bring the type wine my wife ordered. When food with salad came, there was barely enough dressing to use. Wife's main dish was incorrect and had to be remade. By the time the 'remake' finally came, I asked for more salad, with the waitress saying there would be an upcharge. I asked her why other similar restaurants NEVER charged for extra salad. She told me that since covid, the policy changed. I can't see that as a connection (my wife & I are retired from the medical field , and see no link to # of salad servings). This was the stupidest answer, to put it nicely! Be mindful that this was the ONLY visit to our table by the waitress. No refills, and, by the way I never even got a glass of water initially. My suggestion is:, If you don't want to offer extra salad, and provide better service, perhaps you shouldn't stay in business' Don't cut corners, to maintain YOUR profit margin.
BY THE WAY, I must mention this was
