My husband and I are frequent customers of the BK at this location and normally do the drive through. It was been our experience on numerous occasions that we have found the employees courteous, friendly and helpful. They should be recognized for their excellent customer service.

All the staff was exceptionally friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face. The food was hot. It was fresh and it looked and was prepared the way it should be for the money that it is charged. I can honestly say this is by far my favorite Burger King based off of justice experience. ?? I’ve been to several dozen different Burger King over the years and this one is by far the cleanest and most well staff oriented team working environment

Taneisha was outstanding. We came in last night late about 8:45pm. She took our order and was so nice and courteous and upbeat, all of the staff including the manager were polite, but I forgot to get the managers name. Sorry if I misspelled her name. That girl deserves a raise and a shout out. Not too many people in Customer service know what it’s like dealing with the public. You GO GIRLS!
No zesty for my onion rings I mean come on. Aswell no money mustard or BBQ which I paid extra foe XTRA sauce. I swear I just want ONE TIME for my sauces to be in the damn bag. on period!!

Been while since ate inside. This Burger King was clean. Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast. I was happy because I had 2 kids with me and they enjoyed it.

Could Not Read the Menu from Drive thru. Luckily; we were able to pull up closer. The Cashier could not hear us though, so we were Luckily; Able to reverse back to the speaker. When we were told our bill was $21, I told her that was wrong...it should be around $10. Hmmm ..Low And Behold...the Total was $8. Thinking theybe Pocketing Your Money!!! Food is Always Lukewarm.

One of the best Burger Kings I have been to. The ones we have in NJ are incredibly difficult to work with. I've driven away from so many BK drive thrus in NJ bc of the shenanigans there and incredibly long waits (they deliberately prevent drive thru customers from coming up to the window bc there is some type of sensor and it affects their metrics). This BK in Fallston let me order a huge amount of food (10-11 burgers) right after opening and didnt complain or give me attitude and the drive thru agent actually apologized for the 5 min wait - seriously young man, the BK drive thrus are like 15-20min for 1 meal. Thank you so much and I will be back here in the future. BEST BK EVER!

Whoever was working the drive through today at 4:55, I didn't catch the name of but I believe it was Garret, absolutely made my day. I was feeling incredibly down and they went out of there way to make me smile and it managed greatly improve how I was feeling.
