This store regularly closes 20-25 minutes early on a regular basis. I’ve gone on several occasions within 20 mins of them closing and the same manager closes early all the time. I wonder if the owner of this establishment knows that his employees are doing it. We won’t be returning!

A online order placed at 9:19 wasn't ready till after 930. Doordash shows merchant claims should be ready within 8 minutes of order being placed and assigned to a dasher

Service at Dunkin' has really declined. It used to be fast and friendly, but now it feels like no one wants to be there. The wait times are longer, and the staff barely acknowledges customers. It’s frustrating to see such a drop in quality.

The staff is always pleasant and while I frequent this location. They have come to know at least my name. So if my order's ready, it's quickly made available if I happen to indicate drive through but end up coming in the door. My husband has also expressed they seem to know his order at this point. I find it great they take an interest to know their customers

I never leave reviews... but this one is necessary. The Fallston location is probably the best Dunkin I have ever been too. The woman that is usually at the drive thru window in the morning is one of the kindest people I have ever met and provides the best customer service I have received. Her energy and happiness is very contagious!
Kid-friendliness: They go out of there way to interact with your kids and my kids always leave smiling and saying how nice everyone was there.
Bacon egg and cheese croissant. CHK 9463. Burnt croissant, raw bacon, no cheese. Really? What has happened to quality? The lady at the window was extremely nice.

I don’t usually post reviews but after this being my fourth try at this location I must . The staff here is simply rude. Will look right at you and walk away. I’m never greeted at all and when they finally come to the counter it’s such a bother to them. You all really need to smile and just be nice! It’s not that hard
