food burnt, cheese dried out uneditable!! Tried to have remade night manager Gary needs lessons on how to treat customers!! with as many restaurants in Harford county why choose one where your business is appreciated? with only 3 tables including ours, that is a sure sign of going out of business!!! Gary does not belong handling customers!!! will never eat there again!! we had ordered 4 pizzas 1 soup 2 salads wasted money!!! very disappointed!!
Have been here numerous times. Last few times the service has been terrible, and the prices keep going up while the food quality drops. We decided to give them one more try last night. Yet again service was slow and we couldn’t get the correct food. Some was burnt and some didn’t come out until everyone was finishing up. The only response from the waitress was “guess I wrote it down wrong.” There are many other options in the area. I’d recommend going to one of them...read full review
We have gone here for years, then service changed and prices sky rocketed. We decided to give it another try, a Caesar salad has gone up to $16 and when it came we found a hair in it. Had to send it back. Totally disgusting to see kitchen staff without hair nets. Something will need to improve before we come back.
