So me And my sister went to the McDonald’s we tried to get the McDonald’s Minecraft adult meal and they said they canceled it and then I check on the website and it was on there plus me and my sister got the kids meal. She gave us the same toy. One star wants to.

Rude management! I went through the drive thru today and spent around $40. I immediately parked to make sure all the food I ordered was in the bag. The bag was missing a large fry. So I walked inside to get it.
No one acknowledged me when I stood at the counter for a few minutes. I said “excuse me” to a worker and told her I was missing a large fry. Then she goes to who I assume was a manager and told her. Then the manager said that she saw someone put the large fry in the bag. The girl then asked her what she should do and the manager said “give it to her, I guess but I saw somebody put the large fry in the bag”.
I then asked the girl if the other woman thinks I’m trying to steal a large fry and she nodded her head yes. So I loudly said “ I just paid almost $40 for food and you guys DID NOT put the large fry in the bag and you’re accusing me of stealing!”
I’m a 37-year-old business owner. I have 2 degrees and a trade school certificate. The last thing I’m trying to do is steal french fries from a McDonald’s.
This place is a joke and their management is wack. Avoid unless you want to be accused of stealing by a worthless employee. She’s probably the one stealing from McDonald’s.

Even on an empty night and ordering ahead, waited at the drive through, then told to wait in a parking spot, then was given an incorrect order so still had to go back inside.

Mr John was great 👍 but l wanted on 13 minutes for my order all you hear is Spanish the lady who brought my food to the counter asked Mr John how many Valentine's books he gave me l bought 2 but had 3 in my hand that a regular customer gave me the lady wouldn't let my bag go l had to take it as I was leaving now 15 minutes my food getting cold she still asked Mr John how many books he gave me as I was leaving and out the door l also told her 2 l hope Mr John doesn't get in any trouble she was very rude

I used to visit this McDonald's frequently, primarily for its convenience. However, I've noticed a decline in food quality, with issues like undercooked patties or unsalted fries becoming common. While I understand challenges such as worker shortages or supply issues, this location seems to always have these problems. That said, the milkshakes are still an excellent choice!

Order my food only mayonnaise cheese and onions on the burger no onions were put on it sweet tea was supposed to have lemon in it didn't get that I told them they put lemonade in it told him I wanted ranch sauce for my nuggets they give me sweet and sour the way I see it if they can't speak English or understand English they shouldn't be taking orders give this place no stars when I had no choice but to leave a star anyway this McDonald's sucks

Every time I come here and go through the drive thru I have to sit and wait in a parking spot for my order for 5-10 minutes. Even when ordering ahead with the mobile app. Every. Single. Time.
