Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This Rita's was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The ice was stupendous, and we didn't have to wait long despite it being busy. This will certainly become my new starting Rita's, Abingdon has been moved to the bench.

How a Rita’s should look. Staff is always friendly and the young man behind the counter was super helpful to my guests that had never been to Rita’s on what flavors to choose.

Why are your treats so less sweet and flavorful than any other Rita's I've been to? Are you stretching your flavorings? I think you are.

Does it make sense to do that? Can't make enough at $7 per person that you gotta stretch the flavorings? Burned me three times. I'll take my family to Abingdon or Perry Hall instead.

We love Rita’s! This location is clean, polite, swift and has excellent customer service. Can’t recommend it enough.

Rita's in Fallston has great flavors. I got what I termed a sophisticated Creamsicle with mango ice and vanilla custard. Service was prompt, and staff were good at explaining the different types. The ice was refreshing, and the custard was creamy. It was a nice treat, especially since the weather was nice and I could eat at one of the outdoor tables.

I purchased a chocolate custard here over a week ago. It tasted sour like something was bad. The lady working there told me that I should throw it away. She said sometimes the machine gets funky and had me write down my name and number for the owner to call me back and refund my money. I was sick to my stomach for several hours after eating the little bit that I did of the custard. The owner didn't call me. I called back, and the same lady working there told me that the owner didn't want to call and said to tell me if I asked to just come in and get another one. This is unacceptable. I left a messaged that I excepted a call back from the owner. They never called me. I am disappointed that the owner thinks this is the best way to handle customer service.

Unfortunately they didn't have chocolate ice cream available but the vanilla ice cream was very good. Service was excellent.
