We love Rita’s! This location is clean, polite, swift and has excellent customer service. Can’t recommend it enough.

Rita's in Fallston has great flavors. I got what I termed a sophisticated Creamsicle with mango ice and vanilla custard. Service was prompt, and staff were good at explaining the different types. The ice was refreshing, and the custard was creamy. It was a nice treat, especially since the weather was nice and I could eat at one of the outdoor tables.

I purchased a chocolate custard here over a week ago. It tasted sour like something was bad. The lady working there told me that I should throw it away. She said sometimes the machine gets funky and had me write down my name and number for the owner to call me back and refund my money. I was sick to my stomach for several hours after eating the little bit that I did of the custard. The owner didn't call me. I called back, and the same lady working there told me that the owner didn't want to call and said to tell me if I asked to just come in and get another one. This is unacceptable. I left a messaged that I excepted a call back from the owner. They never called me. I am disappointed that the owner thinks this is the best way to handle customer service.

Unfortunately they didn't have chocolate ice cream available but the vanilla ice cream was very good. Service was excellent.

Staff is wonderful, store is very clean but the chocolate custard has been broken for over 4 weeks now. That’s absurd!

Ordered the new coffee drink and it was a watery mess. The Italian ice and Gelato is always delicious but I feel Rita's prices are just too high. I used to love them now due to the higher prices I limit the amount I purchase. It's more the principal than anything. Make it more affordable

I love rita’s it’s amazing every time! Have never had a bad experience
