so many of the reviews here state “there’s always a problem at this store” but don’t seem to understand the way corporate culture functions. the folks here are lovely and mostly gay too good for them! but they are understaffed at no fault of their own. despite this you can tell they work very hard to match the high volume of the store when they have so few baristas. they should be applauded for that! good service and good people.

My closest Starbucks and it used to be the best. Yesterday I asked for light ice and it was 75% ice. No sweetner was added like requested. My croissant was still cold. It seems to happen quite often so I will go to another location now.

Tonight was a game changer. My daughter and I decided to try a new Starbucks. Words aren’t enough to describe the attentive, friendly, warm greeting we received from Anna, Bee, and Selena. Not to mention, Anna made my caramel macchiato outstanding and provided us with the perfect recipe she made for my drink. All three girls engaged with my daughter and me and not only made us feel welcomed but also put a smile on our faces to outshine the hate that our world is currently experiencing....
