Excellent restaurant, by far the best in the area. They shrimp burritos is awesome. The shrimp is high quality and is cooked perfectly every time which says a lot about the attention to detail and quality of their food.

Roadside restaurant with a charmingly romantic atmosphere. Food was really good and the wait staff was super delightful. Adrianna was as beautiful as her service...she kept the food coming and hot and the beers flowing and cold. I had a little trouble with their scan and pay but I'm sure it was just me and not their system. I've visited their other restaurants and it's never been a disappointment but I think this is my new Saturday night spot.
Best Birria Tacos of all your locations. And it's always on the menu. Salsa and white creamy dip are also best at this location. Was very satisfied during my first visit. Great atmosphere, decor and service. Now my favorite stop.
Taco Tolteca was busy for a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal- pleasantly unpolished. The waiters were great but extremely busy. The chips served before we ordered were fresh, crisp, and delicious. We enjoyed Huevos con Chorizo and Shrimp Tacos. Both were great. The huevos dish rice, beans, and an egg/sausage blend came in an enormous quantity — this may be because I told the waitress I was muy hambre? Whatever the reason there was enough left for an amazing lunch the following day. Wine, a diet soda, and the two entrees were about $50. Great place.

On Saturday, 6/15/24, I dined in the Taco Tolteca in Fallston, Maryland, the next day when checking my bank account, I noticed I was overcharged $80.49. I contacted the Manager named Evmunvo on the next business day to explain to him the situation. So when I reviewed my receipt on Saturday prior to leaving the restaurant, if I was paying with cash the amount was $67.78, but since I paid by card, it was $70.49. In addition, I also gave the waiter named Raul N. a $7.00 tip. In trying to resolve the matter with the manager, he told me he could not put the difference on my card. He expressed that he could give me cash, and how do I want to resolve the matter. I said ok, but for the inconvenience you can make me an order of Burria Tacos. He agreed, so when I got to the restaurant today, Evmunvo stated, “Ok, I made you the Burria Tacos, which is $20, so do you still want your money back?” The manager tried to say, this was a mistake made by the waiter and it was his first time overcharging anyone. I let him know that I did not believe him because Burria Tacos is only $13.99, so once again they tried to get over on me. When I told him this was a huge inconvenience when I clearly wrote out the amount I wanted to give him for the tip, the up charge that I incurred when paying with a card, being overcharged and now, the Manager Evmuno still wanting to charge me for an order of tacos that should have been complimentary for a mistake on their part. Lastly, when I brought all of these issues to his attention, the Manager stated, “Do not come back in this store anymore!” He was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unaccountable when his employee stoled from my bank account. I included the original receipt, but I am not going to post the other receipt because certain personal information. But you better believe this complaint is definitely going up the ladder for me because he does not deserve to be in management treating customers who consistently patronize this business in that manner.

I could not decide between the Street Tacos and the Dragon Burrito, but I chose the latter. Came out with this massive thing sat in liquid queso and doused in chorizo (kind of like ground sausage) and pico de gallo. The staff was nice and the interior was mesmerizing. Final verdict: delicious, 5 stars.

It was my first time there and I went with my brother and dad and had a great time. For starters we had the mild wings Wich were awesome. The food was very flavorful, I got the chori pollo bowl and was very satisfied with the portion. My brother had the quesadilla. And my dad got the Camarron burrito. For dessert we had the fried ice cream and it was unique for a first try. Hopefully we will be back soon!
