We usually come here, and there has been few times that we left disappointed. I ordered half strawberry lemonade and half unsweetened tea, but received regular lemonade instead. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of strawberry syrup. I also ordered the BBQ chicken and ribs combo, but the chicken was burnt and I couldn't eat it. This isn't the first time we've come on a Sunday and found that items were unavailable. We used to come here once a week, so this was frustrating.

We went to Texas Roadhouse after church on Sunday. It wasn’t crowded or chaotic, and we’ve eaten at this location—and the one in Whitemarsh—many times before without issue. Unfortunately, today’s experience was awful.
When we arrived, there were two large groups ahead of us, but the restaurant was only about a quarter full. Even though it was just me and my two young children, we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we weren’t given rolls, which usually come right away. It took about 10 minutes before our server came to the table, and another 10 minutes before he returned with our drinks.
I asked for rolls at that point, which he said was no problem. When I tasted my drink, it was bad—likely because the syrup was out. That wasn’t a big deal, but when he returned about five minutes later with the rolls, I asked if I could switch to a Coke instead. He agreed. Five minutes later, he came back with the Coke and asked if we were ready to order.
I told him I needed a couple more minutes for myself but could place my kids’ orders and an appetizer. Twenty minutes later, he returned—by then the appetizer had arrived, and my kids were already halfway through their meals. I then placed my food order and asked for ketchup since it was empty. To his credit, he returned almost immediately with the ketchup.
About 25 minutes later, my food finally arrived. By that point, my kids were completely finished eating and just playing on the tabletop payment device. I tried to eat quickly, but the server never came back. After waiting, I paid the bill myself and planned to find someone to get me a box. I didn’t bother asking for more rolls because I didn’t think we’d get them anyway.
Eventually, the server noticed me looking around and asked if I needed anything else. I requested one box—just one. He said no problem, but never returned. Five, then ten minutes passed, and my kids were getting anxious and ready to leave.
A manager or supervisor in a green shirt came over and asked how the food was. I told her it wasn’t good—the rice was either overcooked or undercooked, as it was hard. She responded, “Oh, okay. Well, you guys can leave now.” I never received the box, and I left most of my food untouched because my kids were ready to go.
We were there for about an hour and a half, and I had my food in front of me for maybe ten minutes total. Nearly $70 wasted. We won’t be coming back

We are local Fallston residents , and enjoy going to this location very much. However, on January 2, we called and asked if they would be able to accommodate our party of 12, as we had family visiting from overseas. They said that they would not be able to seat us even if we split the party in two. The hostess on the phone said this was a new policy for Friday and Saturday nights. We were planning on arriving at 4:15. We will look elsewhere to spend our money from now on. Do better for your loyal customers.

I took my kids today for lunch , the waitress we had was horrible she was constantly talking over me and cutting me off while I was taking my order , then she never asked to refill our drinks or clean the table , when my daughter ask her to clean the table she dropped trash from another plate into my food as I was eating and didn’t even ask to order me a replacement so my food went to waste , my son cheeseburger was so sloppy he couldn’t finish because the bread fell apart, then the table right next to us the guy was constantly blowing his nose !!! I’m very upset that I wasted 100 dollars today and left hungry and disgusted.
We did take out for seven people. Ordered on line and everything was correct on the order. Normally eat at the restaurant but worked better for takeout. Always enjoy the steaks.
