Whoever the male bartender was, was so bad he didn't realized I wanted another beer nor was aware that I got up and just left.

Sunday I took my girlfriend to Texas Roadhouse, Fallston, for her birthday. My girlfriend is in a wheelchair. When the hostess took us to a table, she took us to a booth with a high step. My girlfriend is in wheelchair because she can't walk or step up. The hostess looked dumbfounded when we said we couldn't use it. She then took us to a booth where my girlfriend had to slide out of the wheelchair on to the bench seat. We ordered our food which came after a short wait. After we started eating, my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. We left the table, I told our server we would be right back not to clean off our table, and asked for the location of the ladies room. When we returned to our table, it had been cleaned off. The people sitting next to us said they had tried to stop the staff from cleaning the table, but it was to no avail. Our server came up and said that an error had been made and they were replacing our order. I had ordered the smothered chicken. The original order had gravy on it, the replacement did not. I brought that the attention of our server, he said it didn't come with gravy. When I showed him the menu, he said he would get me a side of gravy. I said never mind. My original meal was perfect, my replacement not so much. The chicken was hard and tough. Needless to say my girlfriend's birthday dinner was a disaster.

It's Texas Roadhouse. The steaks are consistently good and so is the food. That's why the waits at rush are typically over an hour. But once you get seated, your food and drinks come out decently quick. Let's not forget the rolls and butter.

They changed the way they make their ranch dressing. They need to make it like they did 3 years ago. They are putting to much mayonnaise in it. I even had one of their employees agree with me. She said it was terrible. I will not eat there again, this change is enough to keep me from patronizing them. I'm done with Texas Roadhouse.

First time at TR and came away not only satisfied but also extremely impressed. No wonder the stock is up over 50% in 2024: the steak offered are cooked near perfection, service was top notch and the refills on both drinks and bread came without asking. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top notch steak and service at an unbeatable price.

I must admit I was looking for something alot better than Outbacks, but Texas RH fell short. Medium "Hot pink center" was medium rare. Waitress was oblivious to what her job is and not even knowledgeable about steaks and how they're cooked and attention to service was poor and she really didn't care. Even the backed potato 🥔 wasn't good, over backed hard shelled. She brought the food over and quick to walk away without giving use out utensils. Lastly, the Apple Pie was completely destroyed, bottom crust half missing all covered up by ice cream. Outbacks service and friendly professional wait staff is way superior, but steak isn't good there either.

I have been here numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. The worst part is always have to wait for a table when it's busy, but that's never the fault of the faculty. The service has been great every time and I've never had an issue with my food. *knock on wood* will go back, time and time again.

Kid-friendliness: They do coloring contests on Tuesdays for kids and they have always been great to my kids. They have a coloring page and a decent menu for children.

Food was great, herb crusted chicken was tender and juicy. Ribeye melted in your mouth. Our server Nelson was amazing, very attentive, approachable, and although he had other tables, he made us feel like we were his only customers.
