My husband and I come to this location because it’s literally 5 minutes away from our home and we work really late hours. However, for the past few times we have received our orders completely wrong. I can understand once, but three times is my limit. Also, being charged for items and not receiving them is crazy. We had to literally check the bag and the WHOLE order was wrong. The cook was sleeping and on his phone in the corner and the waitress basically allowed the issue to come into play…because she didn’t even check lol. Needless to say, we can’t call because it goes to an automated voice recording. Oh and the kicker is….we were the ONLY customers:) Please do better for the next!! This happened 12/5/2024 at 11:45 PM

Had to wait for the food for almost 20 minutes. My toast came out with a slab of butter on it (hello cholesterol). Eggs came hot. Bacon came out hard as a rock. Had to get it remade. The waffle came out 15 minutes later. The one cook was walking around looking. The waitress was cool.

I asked for the Allstar. It’s a must every time I get hash browns to add jalapeño and cheese on my hash browns and I get an egg and cheese sandwich. The young lady took my order all the way wrong. I didn’t get any of that. She put my eggs on the side in a cup and my hash browns were plain and I tipped. This is exactly why I hate tipping. My food was made wrong and you got a few extra dollars from. Here’s a tip listen better and repeat back the order. I said it loud and clear and she still messed up my order.

I come to this establishment whenever I'm in the area and in the mood for waffles. Today's experience does not surprise me. Our server was ok. We ordered coffee and the All Star breakfast. Coffee was full to the top, no room for cream or sugar. The place was dirty. Trash and food on the floor. A server actually dropped utensils on the floor and put it back in the bin with the clean utensils. The food was hot and cooked to order. However, when he gave us our plates, he also dropped off the check. Personally, I felt rushed to eat and leave. I believe there should be an extra effort on customer service training when in this type of position.

I’ll Start From The Beginning Of The Errors ! Ordered Two All Star Breakfast one with extra bacon !! First thing is the whole plate comes and no waffle ! The bacon came to the table burnt soo bad you could just smell the burn as it approached the table and she still brought it over ! The cook is overwhelmed she dropped a whole fried egg on the ground and as the staff “NOAH” laughed I watched her contain herself and recover so Great Job To Her , but it’s clear she needs some help and if the waffle iron takes a long time you as a cook should time it with the rest of the food accordingly coming from EXPERIENCE! Attached will be the way my waffle came 25 mins after my food was already on the table and the amount of grease from the bacon that she just thru on my plate ! This has been a terrible experience and some work and changes need to be made! I asked Noah rude mouth laughing ass why I’m waiting for a waffle after I’ve had my plate for so long he got smart at first and den tired to recover by saying I’ll go check ! You had already got smart first Sir and I coulda took my business somewhere else at that point !!! Terrible team work Terrible Management!!!!!

On Sunday morning the shared parking lot was a jungle of chaos and confusion. People were going the wrong direction. The restaurant was very crowded. I went in and ordered and brought my patience in with me. It didn't take very long at all, the order was correct and the food was good.
My issue is my receipt. I don't know why they're charging me way more and do many extra charges. It's there a disguised tip in there some where.
What's the service charge for?
Why am I paying a to go fee and what does that cover?
The only extra fee I recognize is tax.

I feel discriminated against by this place, the workers did not want to take my order just for being Hispanic, I waited more than half an hour and no one wanted to take my order and they served another person who was after me, they just ignored me when I asked if they were going to take my order, a woman said "we are very busy we cannot take your order" but how strange that they were serving other people, if you are Hispanic it is better not to come to this place, they will look down on you.
The soundproofing is not good.
