I only visit Waffle House as a last option because food is always tasteless but, today OH MY GOD!!! food was super super delicious, like never ever before!!! Taste was amazing!!!! Presentation of the food was incredible!!!! Iām glad this location has finally a Hispanic guy that cooks like a 5 stars chef! Give this man a raise and donāt ever let him go! Thank you Chris for the amazing food! God bless your hands!
And! I almost forgot, the server -Bri- very attentive and always checking on us! I think sheās new because sheās approaching us a bit shy but with one of a kind smile!

Very disappointed in tbone steaks. Meat is dark and not fresh not even for my dog. Dumping old food that my dog rejects makes me wonder whether I should ever eat at that store again

Iāve been to the Waffle House in Fallston md about maybe 6/7 times every time the food was great they missed a little on the grits once but just was a slight miss not a fail so Iām not complaining plus the cook was some one Iāve never seen probably new but I love it here literally

Mixed Experiences: One Great Visit, One Disappointing Return
Thereās no Waffle House in my area, so coming here takes some travel time. Last week, it was completely worth the drive. Everything was excellent. Our server, Kennedy, was amazing: efficient, observant, kind, and attentive. Truly one of the best servers Iāve had anywhere.
The food was just as great. It came out hot, perfectly cooked, and arrived quickly. Even though it was a busy weekend afternoon, we were seated promptly and everything ran like clockwork. I was so impressed, I made sure to personally thank the manager, Tracy. My sister and I even decided to come back the next weekend before leaving
Unfortunately, our return visit was a completely different story.
Only two of the same employees were there, and things felt disorganized from the start. We were a party of three and had to wait for seating, which was fine.However an open table sat uncleaned for quite a while. We were eventually seated at a booth, but the table was still wet and the seats were dirty. We ended up wiping everything down ourselves.
The service continued to decline. My coffee cup had crud on it, the person making waffles seemed overwhelmed, of our 3 wafflesā¦there was something wrong with all of them (not enough batter, too much toppings, sloppy etc.) and we had to ask our server multiple times for basic things like straws, utensils, and missing food items. The food was underwhelming; not terrible, but nowhere near the quality we had just experienced the week before.
It was such a sharp contrast that itās hard to believe it was the same location. After how amazing our first visit was, this experience was a major letdown. Sadly, I donāt think weāll be coming back.

I asked for plastic and was told itās only for take-out but they can give me hot water to clean the silverware. After going back and forth with me I decided to just order Take-Out. The same waiter then goes to another table who asked for plastic and she gave it right to them without the back & forth. The food was terrible and I wasnāt even given a break down of the pricing of the food so she added this up in her head and forced me to tip her by calling it āotherā on the bill when she messed up my order, argued with me , over-charged me.
