Old man is rude I don’t know if he still works here but every time I see him he barely sticks his arm out the window and watches me struggle to grab my coffee and card etc, he gets pleasure from it. Stopped going here because I had a short beard hair (I hope) in my cream cheese.

On Thursday November 20, I placed an order using the app at about 5:25AM for a cup of coffee. I arrived at the drive thru a few minutes later and there were no other cars in the drive thru. The menu board said Welcome Mike K. I sat at the menu board for a few minutes, said hello a number of times and there was no response. I then drove to the window and the person at the window was looking at his phone. After a few minutes of sitting there, he looked up, opened the window and stared at me. I said I had placed a mobile order and he told me I should have said my name at the menu board. I told him I sat at the menu board for some time and no one responded. He continued to explain that I had done things wrong. After a couple of minutes of that, I drove away without receiving the coffee I ordered. This was the second time I had a similar experience with the same gentleman at the drive through window at this Dunkin. This Dunkin would probably be OK to visit most times, as long as you don't encounter the person that I did. I am not likely to return here.

Worst experience every time I stop here I am done with this location food cold don’t make the order correct the lady on the drive through with head phones at 10:45pm was very rude in taking the order, never going back not worth giving them business. Strictly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is my favorite one in the area but lately if you go inside when it’s a little busy, it either takes 5+ minutes to get waited on or they just ignore you until you use the kiosk to order. Everything else is fine, drive through is great.

I love the regular crew of workers. They all know me pretty much since I go there almost every day. Always joking with me. N I love that some of them make little designs on my cold foam 🥰
As others have mentioned, the older man at the drive thru is rude. He didn’t bother to say hello and thank you. Based on the overall environment and management style, this may not be a franchised location—which unfortunately suggests that the improvements necessary to elevate this store to a 5-star experience are unlikely to occur.
If customers choose not to patronize a business, then the business wouldn’t be able to keep their doors open. Dunkin’, take note of this.

The older man at the drive thru is so rude! I asked to add a coffee to my order and he made a face (he was not thrilled at my request) then he scanned my card, handed me my bagel and closed the door. I thought I was just waiting for the coffee to be made, but he came back and asked why I was still there? I told him I was waiting on my additional order, small coffee. He literally argued with me that THAT was not my order, just a bagel... and that there was a long line... and i did not order ... and next time to put in full order at speaker... etc... and he was shaking his head in disgust. Then I asked if I could speak to another employee, and he flat out said NO! I told him I only asked to have a coffee added and that he was being rude, and he continued to be rude. Even the people in the store were looking at him funny! Someone came to the window and brought the coffee to him and gave it to me but man what a RUDE RUDE man!

Discrimination!!! Waited patiently for several minutes, and the employee behind counter wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence, let alone greet or ask me for my order. Until another customer walked in several minutes later when the employee aggressively placed both hands on the counter and gestured with an aggressive nod as if I was in the wrong place. I left immediately! WORST SERVICE/LACK OF, VERY DISCRIMINATORY!!!

Got coffee inside, drive thru was long at 9:30 inside were 4 girls very loud, when did young girls become so dang loud? 2nd time if encountered a group of really loud girls laughing, etc
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife ordered two dozen donuts through the mobile app. When my father went to pickup the donuts the employee rudely told him there was no order. When my father presented the receipt with the order, location, and payment confirmation, the employee then refused to speak to my father and roughly threw donuts into the boxes, not giving us what we have ordered. We have contacted corporate and will be filing a case with the BBB. This place SUCKS. This is not how you treat paying customers.
