What a fantastic dinner . We went to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. The food was amazing 3 of us go the filet . Wow so juicy and cooked perfectly roasted potatoes were so good .
Had cannoli’s for dessert delicious. All of our drinks were great as well . Great atmosphere love the Christmas decorations & fireplace . Just a fun time with a fantastic dinner . Will be back soon

Usually wouldn't post something like this but I was caught off guard.
Ive been here once prior to explore the pizzas and was delighted with the selection to choose from. This time I needed two pies quick and easy, two pepperonis one with grilled chicken added. With a little time, got the pizzas and headed out, got home to open the chicken pep pizza to this.. I'm sure it was an admin call and not a chefs, but with the fancy worded selection on the menu I was expecting more than that. But other than that, no complaints thanks 🎃

It will always and forever be my opinion that the prices of the menu items should cover these operational costs without tacking these on surprisingly at the end. Otherwise, I really wanted to like this place but I ended up being underwhelmed. Visited in a Saturday evening, had reservations for 3. It got very very loud in there very quickly. Couldn't really have a conversation at the table. The booth felt a bit crammed and uncomfortable. Service was ok; the server was nice but it was a challenge to understand what she was saying when she was trying to read the food and drink specials off her list. Ordered wine and that was fine. Cream of crab was good. However, the fettuccine Mediterraneaneo desperately needed salt. Adding old bay to this recipe would have greatly improved the flavor. The tagliatelle tramonto was bland at best and the chicken appeared overcooked and rubbery. The sauce was non-existent. The crab cake was good overall. Didn't order dessert so I can't comment on that aspect of the meal because at that point between the noise and dining experience I was just ready to go. I don't think I'll return considering everything.

Service is awesome! Melissa, Kayla, and the rest of the crew are top notch. Everyone is always friendly and ready to assist everywhere.
Ambience is so refreshing from what this space was before the change. It is very open and airy. We love sitting at their bar. Everything feels fresh and new.
Food is spot on. Their fried calamari is great. We love the aioli that they serve as a dipping sauce. We always enjoy their pizza too. Great crust and plenty of toppings. Their pizza also heats up well the next day.
This is our new go-to for our Thursday date night. Y'all should do it too. They are all family working together and they all will make you feel like family too!

We were in town visiting friends and they took us to this gem of a restaurant — and wow, everything was amazing! The food was top-notch, the menu was packed with so many tempting options we could barely decide, and that specialty martini that tasted just like a Thin Mint cookie? Unreal. 🍸 Definitely one of those “I’m coming back here next time I’m in town” kind of places!
We visited on Saturday, October 4th and were disappointed how the hostess dealt with a customer. The hostess was not willing to budge in any way to give this customer a table; meanwhile the dining room was almost completely empty. The hostess didn’t even check with the manager to see if they could accommodate this customer. Both hostess were rude to this customer. Do better!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience….we had dinner at this restaurant on 3 different occasions and were disappointed each time. First I would like to say that we really enjoyed the atmosphere/vibe of the restaurant and the service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Each visit to this restaurant was on the weekend around 4 o’clock, not busy with maybe 4 tables seated. I sent an email to the restaurant regarding a complaint during our first visit ( too long to put into words) Let’s just say our waitress was just as annoyed as we were, but management never responded. The second time again not busy, I received the wrong order, so I had to wait while my husband ate his meal. Last time was today. The restaurant was not busy…. Our appetizers came out cold, and then we were brought the wrong pizza. The waitress was apologetic and got the manager to talk to us. The manager was friendly and took care of our bill, they corrected the pizza and we decided to take it to go. We were really hoping for a new place in Carroll County to be our favorite spot for date night but will probably not return.

Really nice! We tried three different items on the menu and were pleasantly surprised! Everything was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We chose the cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing! DELICIOUS! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we hope to go back soon! WELL DONE! UPDATE: We went back a few weeks ago and the food was so good! I tried something different and was very happy with my selection! It was delicious! We decided to go for dessert and WOW! The Almond Raspberry Cheesecake was AMAZING! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and we totally enjoyed our evening! Highly recommend Fiamata!

Beautiful atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing. The espresso martini and the nutty professor drinks were so good. I thought my app and meal were just ok. The shrimp app I had was very salty, and the toast points were chewy, not crispy. My main meal was tasty, but I do not believe filet was used as described. Too many tough pieces. My friend had shrimp scampi she thought it was just ok as well. Could have used more sauce and garlic; she described it as bland. My sister loved her meal: steak/scalloped potatoes/veggie. The pizzas that others ordered looked and smelled delicious. Prices were reasonable. Overall, I would go back. I would like to try the pizzas and enjoy the bar area.

The chicken piccatta was seasoned and cooked perfectly with a tradional flavor that you would expect. Unfortunately the chicken breast was not trimmed of the fat, etc. so there was parts that were inedible. The Margarita pizza was NOT traditional and appeared to be a cheese pizza, missing tomatoes as it's sauce, bufalo mozzarella cheese, and basil. This was a big disappointment and therefore lowered the score on the food. Service was excellent and atmosphere was upscale and inviting. Restaurant decor was nicely finished in an eggplant color with a fireplace in one room. I would like to give it another try but they do need to learn how to make a margarita pizza properly.
