We arrived on time and placed our order. We waited 1/2 hour when the waitress informed us one of our meals was not available and we would have to rechoose. We waited another 1/2 hour until our meals were served. The meal which did not need reordered was steak and arrived dried out and overcooked. We eat here often and by far this was our worst experience.

Brian our waiter was wonderful, he was prompt and friendly. A true gem. The food was good, it's not 5 star but it is good. Asparagus was cut in pieces and bernaise was very thick, on the filet Oscar. But it still tasted very good. It's definitely a very good Restaurant.

A nice place for “bar type” food. The meals we enjoyed were good and quite large, you won’t leave hungry. Ally our server, was friendly and attentive.

An alternate to the other on sight Lakeside restaurant for a quick bite to eat.

Visited again, pizza and nachos was quite good, especially the pepperoni pizza. I would pass on the fish though it was just alright. Amber our server was great, thanks Amber.

Parking: Parking is at the resort and there is plenty available.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant and the entire resort is handicap accessible. There’s also an elevator available.

Very unprofessional. Our server (Cheyanne) was completely ignorant and the bartender ignored us. Our shots sat at the bar while our server was doing who knows what when it was not even busy. Their excuse was “we’re understaffed” which doesn’t give you the right to treat anyone like what we’ve been treated like. I would do negative stars if I could!

The food was awesome !!! Our waitress was great ... I believe her name was Alisha ... I know I probably have that wrong ... :(. We sat outside on the lake ... just perfect !!! We will be back !!

The food not worth the price you are going to pay. Our waiter was was super nice and great but the food was not good at all they put ritz crackers on top of the Mac and cheese the sports bar restaurant is much better

The shrimp appetizer was very good. They have no idea how to cook a medium steak. After sending it back twice it ended up coming well done. The ala cart vegetables were swimming in oil. It was a full hour to get our dinner.

i gave restaurant manager a $20 tip to insure the staff kept a birthday surprise secret and to provide cake. they kept the secret and only brought one slice of cake out!!!! when I asked for other slices for the rest of the table they said they only provide one slice!!!! I was outraged but didn't put up an argument. After the party Inquired only having one slice of cake. They said only one slice of "free cake" is provided. Who said anything about "free cake". I certainly didn't!! I would have paid for every guest to get cake!!! unbelievable!!

We ate outside, so not sure if that made a difference,but kitchen/service seemed slow. Must say, unfortunately, found reception at hostess desk less then welcoming ( this also true for the three breakfasts we had). Not the best first impression for first encounter.....

Steak was overcooked. Shrimp was freezer burnt. Cauliflower was cold. Service was good and tried to make up for the quality of food w slice of chocolate cake. Smoking all around was gross

Table not ready at reservation time. Server was very confused and brought wrong items and forgot things. Food did not match description. We were told there was new kitchen staff that were still learning. Way overpriced for quality and quantity of the food. View was nice but no outside seating when we were there. Very disappointing experience.

The dinner was OK. I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare with lobster tail and the steak came out rare. So I sent it back. The steak came back cooked properly but the lobster tail was the same one from the original order and was cold.

Steak special was not worth the price. It was poorly cooked and the “garlic” mashed potatoes had no seasoning. We were a party of 4 and no one was very impressed with their meal. The ambiance is nice but it was over priced. Would not go back.

Food and service were fine. No specials due to minimal staffing. Why we always have a fly buzzing around I will never know. I do not like that part of the experience and wish we did not have a fly joining us every time we dine there.

Nice view of the lake, food was as expected for hamburger and a club sandwich. It was lunch time, however restaurant was empty as assume most were enjoying the outside options. We did have to ask for any service - even though there were multiple servers, they were not readily available.
