The ambiance and views are amazing. The service was pleasant and they're very nice. However, The dinner/food was the worst we have ever had. The food is extremely over priced, particularly because the quality is awful. Not even embellishing. We ordered the New York steak, and what we received was not a New York, nor was it cooked right or even had flavor. The mashed potatoes were bland and might have been instant. The only good part of the meal was arguably the bread. Seriously, there is a park next to the resort. Buy your own steaks, grill them to your perfection then bring them next door to enjoy the views.

Overall, the food and our server were fantastic. Very well cooked and came out very quickly. However, the manager, Jen, was anything but hospitable. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait yet reservations were still able to be made online within the next 10 minutes. Once we made a reservation and waited a little bit, she walked away with menus to a table and did not tell us to follow her or address us by name or anything. She came back and clearly was mad we had not followed her. It was very obvious that she had an attitude problem, and did not want our business. We also witnessed her getting into a verbal minor altercation with another server on the floor. Perhaps some management training is in order. 
Our favorite! Excellent food and service! Our meal started with shrimp cocktail, the wedge salad and French onion soup. All were delicious. Then followed with the crab cake dinner. Again...delicious! We sat at the bar. The best service ever! Highly recommend this restaurant!

We waited sometimes for waitress to arrive. I ordered a ceaser salad . The lettuce was yellow and some edges were browning. I Ordered my steak medium and blackened and it was well done. My partner ordered med well and received medium. I informed waitress and she asked me if I wanted another but said it would be awhile. I didn't want to wait and dislike the waste of food so I just traded with my partner. The truffle fries were good but a little greasy. My partner liked his asparagus. We've had better meals there. Not sure why they were off their game tonight.

Our server was timely and polite. Our meal was delicious and steaks prepared as ordered. We did have a short wait for our table to be set up which was unexpected since we did have a reservation that was made days in advance. We also felt a little cramped at the table that was a 4 topper that they added a chair to accommodate our party of 5.

Beef Philly was PATHETIC at best! All bread and 2 thin sliced burnt dried out mystery meat! $14.00 for this??!! Time for a new cook or a cook that cares about what they're sending out to customers!

Food was delicious and drinks were spot on. Service was a little slow but they were pretty busy. We have eaten here with a 10-12 top multiple times and have never been disappointed.

The menu items sounded impressive. Roasted beet salad was amazing. Entrees were overcooked and had to be sent back. Undercooked on second round. The sides were well seasoned except for the mashed potatoes (butter, salt and pepper were suppled when delivered). Wait staff was very polite and ready to please.
Very overpriced food. Charge $6 for a blob of mash potatoes with little flavor and no garnish. This place wants to be like Ruth's Chris but definitely not the same quality food. You get no side for a $36 6 oz filet which is crazy since it was not the highest quality of meat. I don't mind paying high prices if the food is worth it, taste good and presented well.

Have eaten there a few times now. Tried something different each time. Everything has been delicious! The service has been excellent. Hopefully they expand or change up the menu a little bit as I have tried all the entrees.

Had a great breakfast. Beautiful presentation on the plate of French Toast, Bacon, and fruit. The Maple Syrup was superb. Loved to coffee. Great server. Excellent view of the lake.

Not sure what is going on in the kitchen but the quality of the food has gone down hill since the new owners took over. I won't pay $55.00 for a prime rib dinner where the prime rib is not first class. I got the Salmon and it was just okay. There was very few people in the dining room which tells me word is getting out about the quality of the food now. My server Ken was great as always which is one reason we still dine at the Grille.

Typical bar food. Don’t expect high end dining. We had buffalo cauliflower, Bavarian pretzel, and 2 salads. They forgot cheese on one of our salads but quickly fixed it once we brought to our servers attention. Another table near us was raving about the chili being the best they’ve ever had.
