I spilled my entire drink SECONDS after receiving it due to it not being closed completely( spent $18) and they wouldnt make my drink again. On another note, My friends drinks were completely nasty and they also had the one african american employee doing all the heavy work/ cleaning since we were coming in about an hour before closing!!

Says they open up @11 but no one was there and were rude when they finally answered at 11:30 am. They open at 12 on weekends. Also prices are higher than your average.

Staff here are very polite and Logan (manager) is super cool! The atmosphere is amazing ? If you have a sweet tooth craving this is the place. They have bubble waffles, ice cream, bubble tea, macaroons, etc.
Absolutely wonderful customer service was definitely on point. They made sure I got everything. I wanted the guy that worked there. Also asked if he should open up early for me because I was at a resort and I left at 10 o’clock that day, but he opened at 12 that’s the best customer service I’ve seen yet and he was so delightful and pleasant.

I will definitely go back to the Panda Tea House!!! It was around 8:30 pm that I walked around and discover this place so I order the Mango Sundae which it was very delicious. The next day, I went back again and got the Sakura drink. Love the cute decorations and the customer service was above excellent. The most important thing is the owner take their time to make the boba. The environment is very friendly and peaceful. I would rate 10 out of 10 for the favor and the freshly made boba brown sugar. Wish I can could add the mango sundae picture as well but it was so good that I ate it all and didn't capture one.

Awesome shop! Customer service was great. I ordered 2 Boba Teas... coffee & ube. The servicer was super nice & very personable. The tea was perfect. I also learned that this location is under new mgmt. So, the old reviews are no longer valid, as new mgmt is super professional & customer friendly. I highly recommend that you give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I checked their rating first, and anyway decided to try. They don’t greet customers even don’t smile! The bubble waffle was not bad. Chocolate rolled ice cream was oversweetened and tasted like a regular scoop. I’ve tried the famous Thai Rolled Ice cream in Thailand and I know how it has to be. Very disappointed.
