One star because the staff/owners are very rude, with horrible customer service. My son wanted a plushy from their claw machine, we put in 2 dollars and it never went down to grab it (broken). We explained what happened and they looked at camera and gaslit us. We put another 2 and had them watch as it failed to go down again. They yelled at us and accused us of not knowing how to use it (I've used one hundreds of times), and refused any refunds. Also, the tea was extremely bitter too. They are also very stingy too, and charge you $1 if you ask for little ice.
I would not support this business.

I ordered a Strawberry milk tea with matcha foam. The drink was absolutely disgusting. It didn’t even look like the pictures that they have outside. my drink came out brown. Wasn’t even pink from the strawberry or wasn’t even green from the matcha. I couldn’t even drink it because it had a really bad artificial taste. We also got the waffle cone. The batter tasted old.

Just went in to get some tea real quick and watched a worker yelling at a customer who was complaining about her order calmly, other than that my tea’s quality was kind of bad. Tasted rather artificial.

Drink was nasty & they wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement. Told me I could pay half price for a new drink. No policy up sayin NO REFUNDS what type of business are y’all running here? If you go anywhere else & aren’t pleased you will get some sort of compensation. Never again!

Love to stop here when visiting national harbor. They have lots of drinks to choose from with or without caffeine, and the ice cream is also really good always satisfied.
