Bought two bubble teas and both of them didnt taste good. Taste water only like something missing on it. So dissapointed
The service was very bad. Unpleasant experience since the manager was not friendly at all. We paid for an ice cream with toppin and he only put a small spoon of chocolate, we told him to put a little more since we had paid for it, but he said no! He also didn't want to give us napkins and with a very bad face gave us another spoon…. The girl who works for her is very nice but she couldn't help us as her manager told her we had to pay more.
Boba drink: $10One size only, and it is not too big.Cashier did not know how many grams of sugar are in the drinks.This place, on its window advertises that you can choose varying levels of sugar in your drink: 100, 75, 50, 25, or zero percent sugar.But they do not know how much sugar it actually is.The cashier did not have the most helpful attitude. It was a bit of a turnoff.After finding out the price of a taro drink, and noticing the unpleasant attitude of the cashier, I walked out.

I have never in my life experienced such nasty customer service and unprofessionalism from a place . The cashier that was working on Mother’s Day was extremely rude, they don’t even greet you when you come in. The owner/manager herself was very distasteful and does not know how to talk to costumers, which reflects on how the employees operate due to their behavior . There was a misunderstanding that occurred with my family member and the cashier and they handled it with such aggression that I was totally taken aback. I have never experienced such crass and disgusting behavior from a place that I am still in disbelief and it has been 24 hours. The lack of professionalism left such a bitter taste in my mouth and I hope for the sake of the business that they sincerely do better, because the behavior that occurred is not okay .

came here 2 days ago and the day before that. ordered strawberry milk tea twice js bc i like strawberry alot. will say it is on the pricey side it was like 8.99 for the milk tea but that’s expected bc of the area its in. went to a restaurant around there as well and it was pricey; but i didnt even pay for it my parents did ?? came here bc of an event in the convention center. the lady was nice, it was only her for the first time i came and da 2nd day i came there was another person.
I visited this place because it's conveniently close to my office. Yesterday, I ordered my usual honeydew slush, which I always get dairy-free. However, this time it looked different, so I asked if there was milk in it, and the young man confirmed there was. He then informed me that I needed to specify if I didn't want milk because it's standard. I've never encountered this before. Despite purchasing another drink, it was made incorrectly again. As a pregnant woman, I wanted what I ordered. I spent over $20 and left unsatisfied. There are no refunds or exchanges. I'm unsure if I'll ever return.

If I could give them a zero I would. I decided to get soft serve for my family. My cone was a little wobbly and fell before I could even taste it. I stood there waiting for help (no napkins available and the two staff were busy). I asked for a replacement cone and the owner refused. I’m a weekly customer bc I regularly take classes across the street, but I won’t be supporting the business again. No kindness or grace despite the long waits and grace consistently shown for their slow service.

Tea was fine but cashier seemed to not care. These drinks are expensive( i ordered 3 drinks for almost $36), and wanted no ice but got ice in one. Also not enough staff so I could not let the person know because 10 other people walked in the door and he got busy

Customer service needs to be improved please, they don’t even greet customers when they arrive and the tea was terrible, i order a caramel bubble tea, and had to trow it away

What bad service in that place, the employees are so unpleasant and arrogant, you cannot ask them anything because they do not answer politely, once again I will not return to that place.
