If I could give them a zero I would. I decided to get soft serve for my family. My cone was a little wobbly and fell before I could even taste it. I stood there waiting for help (no napkins available and the two staff were busy). I asked for a replacement cone and the owner refused. I’m a weekly customer bc I regularly take classes across the street, but I won’t be supporting the business again. No kindness or grace despite the long waits and grace consistently shown for their slow service.

Tea was fine but cashier seemed to not care. These drinks are expensive( i ordered 3 drinks for almost $36), and wanted no ice but got ice in one. Also not enough staff so I could not let the person know because 10 other people walked in the door and he got busy

What bad service in that place, the employees are so unpleasant and arrogant, you cannot ask them anything because they do not answer politely, once again I will not return to that place.

I went in today to get the bubble cone, waited 25 minutes with no order. I had to go back and ask what the wait was, and they had completely forgotten about my order. Another 10 minutes go by and i finally get my order. The lady was very prompt on not allowing me to order any toppings after i said i would pay. Although ice cream was good service was not. Will not be returning.

I went to get a couple of bubble tea drinks. I came up to the register greeted the cashier. He did not reply back. He was very serious not friendly at all. I will not return to this place.

Disappointing. We waited in line. The line wasn’t very long but the staff seemed very uninterested and incredibly slow for no visible reasons. The people in line a head of us left and we did the same also. We’ve liked to teas in the past. We really wish we could have got one today as well.

I ordered chocolate cake rolled ice cream and it didnt look like the pic on the menu. No whipping and no chocolate pocky sticks. The employee was rude, not nice. No recommend place.
