Great Service 👍
Baskin Robbins has a bright interior, making it easy to see all the treats and products. I ate in the comfortable dining area, ensuring I would not spill my two scoops of mocha almond fudge. It was warm enough today to sit at a table outside, but the colorful cushion chairs were welcoming. The ice cream was loaded with almonds and chocolatey goodness. There were clever animal options called creature creations. Looked fun. Very reasonable prices for high-quality ice cream.
I can always find fresh food and great service at this location.

The drive-thru is quick even when there is a long line. Even the employees inside are very nice and polite and get my order correctly and quickly. Baskin Robbins also has a great selection of ice cream.
We love the forest hill Dunkin, everyone is extremely nice! We love seeing Hannah when coming through the drive-thur every Saturday and Sunday, she’s always smiling even when they are extremely busy!

Great service.
Coffee is delicious always
The best part of this Dunkin’ is it’s like a bran new experience each time. You can order the same thing time and time again yet somehow it’s ALWAYS different. Stale donuts, missing icing, missing parts to drinks, same drinks that taste completely different and donuts passed off as flavors they aren’t. Always a surprise, never know what you’ll get.?
Broken freezer - melted ice cream that refroze - no problem - we'll just sell it to some unsuspecting customer... My wife and I came in to get an ice cream cake and 2 quarts of ice cream. When we arrived we saw the display freezer was empty and someone repairing it. The older manager there said they still had cakes and ice cream and they brought them out from the back. When we got the ice cream home it tasted freezer burned and the color seemed very light on the mint chocolate chip- as we got deeper in the cartons you could clearly see it had fully thawed and refroze - the color and sugar and gunk was all at the bottom. We could have been made sick from this (I read you can get Listeria from this online) - it was a health hazard and irresponsible to sell this to us when the store clearly knew the freezer was not working. I wonder how many other bad quarts were sold. They did this just to save a few dollars and not have to throw away clearly damaged product... shame shame... I reached out to the store and have yet to receive an explanation or apology or a refund. I sent pictures of the ice cream.
Great service and brefast sandwiches and donuts.
