Came here today for the first time in a long time after a previous bad experience, and I think I can honestly say this is the first time I ever experienced a rude employee at a CFA. Service at these places might be slow sometimes (as it was again today) but they’re always at least polite. This is why I typically avoid fast food places and it kinda sucks because CFA does have great food.

Typical fast food. I don't eat meat so I always get the kale salad. There is always a line but it moves right along. All sorts of chicken to pick from and there are a few salads and wraps as well

Their sauces are delicious. Even on days that they might seem busy you will be out in >5 minutes! The place is nice to begain with, and the employees will never mess up a order or be rude. They will make sure to get YOUR order and make sure you will be out ASAP.
