I had went in the evening and they were very well staffed and were very friendly, the line had gone by very fast and I was very happy. The food was especially good that day as well. The employees were in a good mood probably because they were well staffed for once!

I actively see at least 5 people working in the establishment. There is 1 employee doing both the line and cash register having to deglove and wash between every person. There is a line of at least 16 people and I have watched no less than 8 people leave. I would have to say this is not only irritating customers but also just straight losing money on all the people that have walked out. I have had countless issues with this location over the years and I would think that the management/ownership would be more concerned with the bottom line, which might mean looking into both employee and customer satisfaction. No one ever looks happy here, which impacts the entirety of the business at this location. I

This was the 2nd Time where there was no one in line. 6 employees doing nothing while 1 employee prepared mobile orders with 4 people waiting on late mobile orders.

The one guy working didn’t look pleased and I don’t blame him.

I went to this location for the second time and I will NOT return. Everyone moves around like they hate their jobs. The store is not clean. Food line was absolutely filthy and no one attempted to clean anything and I was in there for 20+ minutes before I was serviced and only 3 ppl was ahead of me.I will post pictures to show. My food today was old and the rice was hard my large chips were stale. This is by far the worst Chipotle I've patronized at.

Always have issues with this location. Tonight... They must not have any knifes to cut the lettuce. Another night they think a chicken quesadilla means cheese quesadilla with cold chicken on the side.

I placed an order for a Chipotle Honey Chicken burrito through the Chipotle app. It was supposed to be ready at 4:40pm. Around 4:40pm they placed a bag with my name on it on the takeout shelf, but the bag clearly included someone else’s order. I identified the mistake, but the staff seemed confused - I think there was an issue in terms of language barrier. I’ve now been waiting for more than half an hour and been told multiple times they will get me my order but nobody has gotten it to me.

Worse service over and over. They stare you when the line is long. They're waiting for something and don't say anything. Then they start wiping down the counter and there's 12 people in line. They'll take 1 orde then uh oh, time to refill the stock. You just stood there for 5 minutes not explaining anything because you don't speak English (but have a side convo with the guy cutting up steaks in spanish) we know you speak and understand English because you understood exactly what I said to you and thr cashier.

Place closes at 11pm according to google, I get there at 8:10pm. Order a burrito, tell them what I want on it. Dude behind counter tells me they are out of guacamole and lettuce. I ask for cheese….he reaches into a fridge and pulls out a tub of cheese. Some old cow at the register tells him no. He puts it back in the fridge then proceeds to look me in my eye and say “no cheese.” Witnessing this all 4 people in line behind me proceed to leave. He rolls my tortilla with rice and chicken and asks for $13. Told them I’d pay $6.50 because it only has half of what I want on it. Old cow says “we can’t do that” I proceed to say, “well you can’t do much can you?” Then I left without food, went to Qudoba instead and saw the other people who left behind me there. 1/10 old cow behind counter should not be in charge.

Another customer in line said it’s always this way… guy must live really close because I can’t figure out why he comes back, I know I never will.

Out of burrito shells, out of queso, wouldn’t give jalapeños, every table in this place is filthy. Employees have a general I don’t care attitude. Worst chipotle experience I have ever had.
