At 6:35pm the staff had no chicken ready and no steak and no brown rice. The soda machine was out and so was the sweet tea. When I asked if they could change the soda syrup the guy working the register said they were too busy. I don’t know how is you are if three employees are standing around and joking. Won the going back to the Forest Hill location anymore.
We have been to this location numerous times. However, after our most recent visit, we will not return.
The staff was incredibly rude and very short. Not just with my wife and me but with everyone in line. I understand we all have bad days but there is no reason to treat people like absolute garbage while working in customer service.
Also, the sanitation standards in this location are not up to par.
An embarrassment to the franchise.

I eat chipotle on a weekly basis and this location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. It is consistently terrible. The food taste different then every chipotle. They’re always out of ingredients. Orders are always wrong.

You seriously need to train your staff how to build the tacos/burritos you sell. I ordered a carne asada with white rice as one of the fillers. I open up my tacos and there is literally just a few grains of rice.and they simply smash wrapped my order in aluminum and boom its done. Get your shit together

This specific location is severely under staffed on weekends, always out of food. Today is was 6 different items they’re out of it’s ridiculous. How can a store on a Sunday be out of 6 different ingredients. The process to cancel order and get refunded is insanely difficult and re routed to ai bots. Ordering ahead through the app should make it easier but really it makes it 10xs harder when issues come up. The wait time for this location is so long, and they never are stalked to make it worth going here. My husband and I will go out of our way to go to a more efficient chipotle from now on.

Mobile order from here maybe 3-4 times a month. Everytime it takes about 30-40 minutes past the time it says on the app. I’d understand if the store was busy but this happens when the place is empty too. I don’t understand why it takes so long. Employees are nice and the place is clean enough. Just the long mobile order times.

Waited 30 minutes for an online order. Staff pretended not to speak English though the ticket was printed in English. Place is a joke

Wait time for a mobile order for about 15 customers was over 45 minutes some were there for over an hour and the staff was taking walk ins and serving them immediately with a packed dining room of waiting prepaid guests. We won’t be back to this location.

They are fine!
I am absolutely furious with Chipotle’s catering service. I placed a huge order for 45 people for my child’s birthday party and when I showed up to pick it up they had no clue about the order at all. Just a blank stare like this wasn’t a big deal and there wasn’t even a manager available to talk to.
This wasn’t some last-minute order. It was planned and the order was placed almost a week prior to the event. We had a house full of guests expecting food, and Chipotle completely dropped the ball. They left us scrambling at the last minute, and it put an enormous amount of stress on what was supposed to be a fun and special day for our family.
This kind of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. If you can’t handle large catering orders, don’t offer them.

They only give some rice because it's finished. They need to refill it and give more rice. Because all other Chipotle has full bowl rice and other stuff but in this Chipotle. They only give some more then half bowl of rice.
