The food quality and taste isn’t good like it used to be. Always try to give it another try but still keeps disappointing us.
VERY Poor customer service
Wonderful staff and huge selection of food. Great atmosphere and the food I ordered was delicious. My go to restaurant in the area!
I ordered the pepper steak and onions for 11.95 and this is what I received.
After picking apart the dish I received about half a cup of steak and what appears to be a whole pepper and onion for 12 dollars.
Absolutely ridiculous this is the portions I recieved after spending 12 dollars! Never eating here again after this level of disrespect.
Nice portion sizes. The egg rolls are huge and delicious!
Good service and food

Love the food. I am a regular customer here im disabled and have a walker and dine at chop Stix at least twice a week. Today I had a waitress named Jenny and I was not satisfied with the service. She was very rude when trying to order she was having a hard time understanding my order and raising her voice at me. The order I got was wrong. She did not provide utensils needed or straws and napkins. When going to ask for a knife we were motioned to go away after grabbing one. She forgot to bring my soup and I had to remind her 3 times. Then after receiving the check she was raising her voice pressuring for a Tip before it even paid and then continued after paying the check. This is the second time that I have had a very negative experience both times but with two different waitress. I dont recall the other waitress name.

Food: Husband's food meat 25%, onion 75%. My sushi had hardly any shrimp or salmon. It was like they sliced both thin to make it stretch further. The Summer roll was not worth the money.
Service: Waiter got my hot tea wrong. Ordered black tea, gave me green tea. Came back once the whole time.
Atmosphere: Meh...ok. Nothing to rave about. The cascading wall at the front door is pretty.

I was duped tonight. I specifically asked if the Chopstix roll had jumbo lump crab as stated on the menu. It did not. It had cream cheese. I didn't notice much crab and it sure wasn't lump crab.. It was supposed to have avocado. It had a very thin sliver on one or two rolls. It was supposed to have smoked salmon, but it came with raw salmon.... This was overpriced cream cheese. Wish I hadn't been misled and hadn't ordered here.

Sushi bar is our typical seating preference. The chefs are fun to watch and the meals are always fresh and spot on!

There are flies buzzing about. Amazingly, this selection is not listed on the menu. They are complementary. I had to expect having flying insects here. This here is Harford county and in Harford county it is PAR for the course with their health department.
The place should be called Fly Sticks.
Having said all that, the food is great. I repeat, the food is great. But eat the parts that the fly did not land on while in your presence.
Service is all business. There is no personal touch.
The environment is outdated, stereotypical, and confined with stifling tight boots.
Did I mention the files?

Used still live in the area and had to stop in here, hate giving three stars, but the place is definitely not the same is it used to be, and I've only been out of MD for 2 years, but need to be honest. Called in ahead about 15 minutes before arrival and ordered one small fried rice to go, it was extremely slow when I showed up, only three people waiting for food. Took 30 minutes after I arrived to get the food. It's a 45 minutes total for a small rice.
