I just want to give this place a huge praise I ordered from here yesterday 10/31/25. It was carry out order. When I say the work effort that I saw from this crew was awesome I mean it. I am someone who normally gets mad at or would just leave/cancel my order usually. But this occasion was different this staff and there manager killed a situation that was a no win situation. And any reviews from tonight that are not 5 stars should be taken away. This crew did not get mad when they were drowning in orders this crew did not yell or get angry or make one person feel like they were not heard. This crew and that manager who I watched have to pivot more than once to fix problems deserve so much praise and credit and I’m sorry for not saying that before I leave. To the tall gentleman lady and I believe other man working on the dough tirelessly never saw them stop for the almost 2 hrs I was in and out of the restaurant. I was early too again not about wait time I saw everything and if you walked in for a second you would have known it was gonna be a bit of waiting. To the gentleman working the phones and front taking the brunt of the customers great work on not getting angry and being as informative as you could. To the lady’s calling out the orders and dealing not only with the regular customers but the DoorDash/uber/grub hub people amazing work. To the manager and man working on offloading pizzas and boxing great work. You guys were a amazing workforce and should be proud. Again any customer giving you less than 5 star review for today is wrong. They can not be mad at a place doing there job to the best of there ability and you were. When they wanted to be lazy and not cook. The only people I give 0 star reviews to are the DoorDash lady who had number 1 door dasher shirt on who touched me and then said excuse me to put pizzas in her DoorDash bag you get a zero for touching me don’t do that. And the customer who jumped the line twice and got called out for it twice you suck I hope the order you’re son placed that was supposed to be ready at 9:45 was worth it because your awareness skills were not. So again to the crew who worked this day 10/31/25 great job be proud and get some rest.

Atmosphere was awesome. All I did was pick up an order and the staff was having a blast. Good energy, very contagious. They were very friendly and it was my favorite Papa John's experience.

Not sure what's going on, but the food has made me sick the last three times we've ordered. I've switched up what I got each time trying to figure out if it's a particular menu item and I can't pin it down. Absolutely debilitating stomach pains that have me in extreme discomfort for hours on end, and waking me out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night.
Really disappointing because this was our go-to PJ's location to order out of, and this has never happened to me out of all the years I've been a customer. Officially retired from Papa John's.

Pizza is almost always great here. We appreciate the quality taste :) they did start using less dough this past year which is disappointing but I've seen that as the norm for many pizza places recently along with inflation and their prices.

Pizzas are always prepared as ordered and prepared quickly. Different counter staff are always friendly and wait on you asap.Easy in and out location if heading up into Forrest Hill area.

The food tends to be pretty decent. Things tend to be a bit inconsistent with toppings from time to time. It's quick and there's always a deal. The people there are always nice and stay busy. Everything always looks clean.
