Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Did a fundraiser here, the staff the point of contact were very nice and helpful in getting the fundraiser up and running. Highly recommend for school events

I enjoy Rita’s for the most part. But man does it smell inside. I can’t believe no one else has complained about this. 🤦‍♀️ Almost smells like poop but i know its not, it must be a cleaner or equipment need to be cleaned.

When a store says they are open until 10pm and you have driven quickly to get there a 950pm, you don't want to hear that you can't get custard because they closed the custard machine early. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME.

Rita's is excellent. They have many flavor options daily that include several sugar-free ice flavors. The unfortunate thing is that it usually melts before you can finish it. When I spoke with the person serving us, she offered a second larger cup to help with the mess and serve as some extra insulation. This was very helpful for my kids and my sanity. Because of this, I left a tip, which brings me to my final thoughts. A place like this should not be asking for tips. The employees should be paid at least minimum wage. Tipped employees make less than minimum wage, which is why you tip at full service restaurants.

What is this!!! I order a kiddie cup of peach custard because it sounds really good. WOW, first they can't even fill the cup. Even the swirl didn't come to the top of the cup. To add insult to injury, it was awful. I couldn't find peach, and it was whipped too much.Yay me!!! What a treat, NOT

This was our first time having Rita's delivered. We were worried that we were going to end up with melted ice cream at the front door.It did not happen, it arrived in great condition. Now our house is 15 minutes from Rita's so I know that helped. If you have one that close to you then I would go for delivery if that's what you want. If it's a half-hour away you're more then you're going to have to pick it up I would say.

NICE PLACE TO TAKE THE CHILDREN OR TO GO IF YOU ARE FEELING FOR A FROZEN DESERT,UNLIKE THE SNOWBALL STANDS THEY ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND.

The employees here are always friendly and welcoming. I love the mango gelati!
