It’s not the fault of this store specifically, the people here are nice, but what is that new rewards program? They’re cutting rewards in half, but giving people the “privilege” of spending money to get 1.2 stars? And it costs over $2,000 a year to hit Reserve status for a measly 1.7 stars?? Goodbye Starbucks app 😅

Ramble but I guess their new CEO is banking on their “core audience” showing up anyway. If people aren’t spending enough on your coffee, just take away all the discounts so it costs them more to get your coffee, yeah? I hope it works out for all the investors. Maybe it’ll help them afford to put couches back in the stores so they can be cozy again like I remember 😔

They NEVER give you a full cup of coffee!! 9 times out of 10, my cup is only 3/4 of the way full. It’s so disappointing to pay so much money for so little product.

This is the only branch that does't make a pour over. I need filtered coffee for my health, it reduces the diterpenes in the bean, not extracted in the new machines which Starbucks uses.

Overall usually not that busy, but it can get busy and be a bit overwhelming. If you don’t like to walk into stores they do have a drive through.
