Biggest pet peeve - I ALWAYS have to ask for napkins when I order a food item. I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the young lady working the drive thru window on 9/26/25 in the moring - no need to make faces when a customer asks for the taller/bigger straw.
This used to be the best location. The staff are mostly nice but the inconsistency of the drinks has gotten out of control. I order the same thing every day and it's never the same and often times has to be remade and it's still not correct. That's a lot of money for beverages made incorrectly and still not made correctly on the remake.
