They used to make it good, not sure what happened but the past 3 times i've ordered from this store they made my drink terrible and wouldn’t fix it.

I come here EVERY morning before work and get almost the same thing. Med. cold brew with two pumps of a flavor shot and two pumps of liquid cane and most of the time I barley have anything in there, today there is nothing in my coffee. Mind you we pay for the flavor and it’s just a rip off since they don’t do it properly. The staff is nice but not nice enough for me to pay extra not to get what I ordered!

Not bad Monday-Thursday but the Friday and weekend crew here are extremely slow and act like they have all the time in the world. Mobile orders take 20+ mins. This use to be one of the better ones but it’s fallen to laziness. There’s one girl that’s here earlier in the week that keeps everything going smooth. When she isn’t around, these fools are lost.

I walked in and as the only customer standing at the counter, waited while not even being acknowledged by two workers standing at the counter and facing the door. They were talking about current affairs to another customer who was sitting at a table across the store. I stood there for a few minutes when another worker looked right at me and again did not acknowledge me. I have spent my career in customer service management and I would NEVER ignore nor would I allow my employees to not at least acknowledge a customer walking in the door. When someone finally waited on me, his demeanor was not the friendliest nor did he apologize for my wait. I would be really hard pressed to visit this location again. Very disappointing.

Empty mid day, waited 10 minutes to put a order in. They had -no- food options, literally went through them 1 by 1 and confirmed. Staff look "busy" but not sure with what. Go anywhere else.

I asked for light ice and i really think i got EXTRA ICE very angry i like more drink. I did a pick up in store and my drink was just sitting on the back counter for 3-5 minutes and no one would grab it.

Never before have I been so enraged with a Starbucks experience. This Starbucks has the slowest, least friendly, least helpful employees I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. In the future I'll be trying real hard to make sure I avoid needing a coffee when in the area. Pro tip: don't use the app to pre order. Placing your order at the counter will get you straight to the front of the line. And when they do finally get to your mobile drink, they'll leave it behind the counter until you happen to notice that maybe that's your completed drink dying out of reach and ask for it to be handed to you.

The service at that location is exceptional. The company I have heard is good about giving benefits to their employees and they make a living wage. Every time I go there they have good music playing and the furniture is comfortable. Some of the girls know my drink by heart and always deliver with a smile. I will continue to buy coffee and drinks from this location and many others. Kudos to management and the owners.

Everyone here is always so nice. They're amazingly efficient. Even when they're system has hiccups (such as cash only or a machine is broken) they are up front about it, patient, and understanding.

System is frequently down, so you can’t even order. Workers are nice but talk a lot while you’re waiting for your drink. Can’t even come here bc their system is down so often.

I would steer clear of any of the shaken espresso drinks at this location. There's a high likelihood you'll simply receive barely flavored oat milk in a cup for 7.50.I've had very good ones from here, but more often then not they are either incorrectly, or just very poorly, made.
