I've given Tutto Fresco several tries based on rave reviews, but their pizza is just average at best. Tonight, our pizza reminded me of salty bowling alley pizza. The arancini was bland and had no filling besides cheese and rice. My wife and I took some Tums near the end of our meal because we knew we'd need them with how acidic the sauce tasted. Sad to say, this will be our last time ordering from here .

First time at Tutto Fresco blew our expectations away. My husband and I just bought a house & moved back to Harford County after living out of state for 5 years. We decided to celebrate over a dinner and I am so happy we found Tutti Fresco - the service, food, atmosphere and general experience was 12/10. Our server Erica and host Burke elevated our celebratory dinner & exceeded our expectations. Our meal was savored and cherished and I cannot wait to go back for some good Italian cuisine. Thank you Tutto Fresco, I hope to become regulars at this lovely quaint amazing restaurant!!!! ❤️🍝🍷🍰🍝🍝

Great first experience! Everything came out perfect! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the espresso martini, fried green tomatoes with shrimp, chicken Alfredo, gnocchi bolognese, cannoli, and tiramisu. Our waitress was nice and the manager was generous.
