First time at Tutto Fresco blew our expectations away. My husband and I just bought a house & moved back to Harford County after living out of state for 5 years. We decided to celebrate over a dinner and I am so happy we found Tutti Fresco - the service, food, atmosphere and general experience was 12/10. Wow, what an overlooked but gem of a place! They never fail to exceed my expectations everytime and I am never disappointed. The staff are always kind and accommodating and do so with a high level of professionalism. Cannot recommend this place enough 👍
Great first experience! Everything came out perfect! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the espresso martini, fried green tomatoes with shrimp, chicken Alfredo, gnocchi bolognese, cannoli, and tiramisu. Our waitress was nice and the manager was generous.
