They forgot to give me 2 desserts I ordered even though they were charged on the receipt. The bag was sealed when I picked up through drive thru, so I wasn't able to easily check it. Lights were not working on building.

Only based on the food I got, it was kind of bad. All I had were the new steak nuggets, some curly fries and lemonade. Everything was good exceot for the steak nuggets. However, they were REALLY dry. It made it worse because I was thirsty before eating and all I had was the lemonade. Other than that, it was decent.

Ordered the loaded Italian and I think they forgot post of my load. I was disappointed. I suppose it's partially my fault for expecting the sandwich to look like the photo since I rarely eat sandwiches from Arby's, but this was a let down. I will say the flavor was good, but the portion sizing was off for me.
