I heard about this place on TikTok, so I had to go and check out this honey and mambo sauce and wings. We I arrived there was a lady in front of me ordering and she mentioned that she saw it in TikTok as well. We made an instant connection and the owner is very nice and friendly! I heard the chicken with mumbo and honey sauce was a must-try—and they weren’t lying. I live 49 minutes from this spot and I’ve driven there multiple times in just one month for those wings. As a DC native, I already love mumbo sauce, but that honey twist takes it to a whole new level. I always throw in some French fries, drench them in both sauces, and it’s straight-up BOMB.
