Ppl please wake up. They are over charging us on purpose. I see that the prices went up- ok fine ; but they are taxing us 3 times .6%. When I asked what I was being overly charged for, she said taxes are .6%. I said ok but .6% on $5 is not $5.46 and just wanted to know what I was paying for. She would not answer me and kept sarcastically asking me did I want her to take 1 cookie out? I will never give them any more of my money an I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the state of MD consumer affairs. The respect and theft was so blantant.

My favorite snickerddodles ever!! The only reason it wasn't given a 5 star rating is because some times the cookies are not as soft as I would like. But when they are cooked properly, a little piece of heaven in the bag 😁.

Very loyal customer we at least visit once a month. Baked goods are delicious and customer service is usually on point. Unfortunately this past Tuesday was a bit complicated. I was over charged and the employees working could not process refund. I had to journey back to the Mall to get the refund and the lady was pleasant to the best of her ability. However wasn’t willing to accommodate me on any way for having to make another trip there for no fault of my own. Left message for GM or Owner to return call and not call. Poo Customer Service at its finest .

I went here for a last minute birthday cake run. They have a round cake and sheet cake available. My expectation was minimum due to the cake being a window cake, but I couldn't be any more wrong. The cake was delicious! The icing wasn't too sweet. The celebrant and guests loved it. The service was also very pleasant. Highly recommended!
