I went to this IHOP in Forestville which I spoke to (2) different managers and explained: I ordered one thing and got something totally different then spoke to the general manager of the location and All they asked me for was to bring my receipt ! Bottom Line: Do Not Go here .Wrong order of bad food and No Refund! Kicker: The General Manager stated: They did Not have $12. ? to REFUND ME !! WOW.....

I was shopping with my family in the area and we chose this place to go for breakfast. We walked in and the person in front of us greeted us with a bad attitude. I think he was the manager, an older gentleman. We asked him for a table for 4 people and he got upset because we had a stroller. It never takes someone to ruin your morning like this guy. A person like this guy, the manager of this restaurant, needs to be trained on how to treat people and be a little more careful not to spit in the person's face when you're talking to them. He made me feel bad in front of people when he yelled in my face, but I know I should respect my elders, so I didn't disrespect him. I do not recommend this place 😡😡👎👎

Customer Service was awful! After being asked how many in our party, the waitress walked off and prepared the table (for 2), but never instructed us to follow her. When she returned to the front and told us our table was ready if we wanted to sit in that location. While placing our order my husband requested Splenda for his coffee, the coffee came, but no Splenda. The food arrived and we asked for Splenda again....nothing. The people at the table gave us some. The bacon was dry and lukewarm coffee was served in a tea cup. I understand everyone isn't a morning person, but at least wear a smile and be friendly when dealing with your customers...we didn't feel welcomed. We decided to checkout at the register because the waitress never came back and we didn't complain to the manager because she was already getting an earful from the people at the table next to us regarding service & billing.
I just think it is sad that you have to travel 30-45 minutes outside of your area for quality customer service!

It’s your typical IHOP. Service was a bit strange but relatively quick.
You need to teach you staff to learn how to handle their problems outside of work. Or if they are about work they need to be handle in a way that customers are not hearing about it. There was this girl arguing with someone and I could hear all the way to the front and I was picking up food
It was the only ihop with only one choice of syrup. It took 20 minutes to be seated another 20 minutes to be served. The sweet tea was so sweet I was not able to drink. The food was very small portion and hash brown over cooked.

Order was as requested. Lots of people, a few still don't know what an inside voice, is. That however is not IHOP's issue. With the amount of people that were in there ? That location will NEVER close.
Slow service food was trash waited toooo long for my to go order called it in at 8:20 and didn't get my food til 9:47
They are slow as he'll waited 30 minutes for them to take my to go order,order was wrong just Terrible
Great service
IHOP has lost all its hope since 2015. Terrible food. I’ve went twice in the last couple years & it is just substantially terrible. It used to be good back in the day, sad loss International House of Pancakes
