Service was horrible. The manager was constantly on his personal phone. He was rude and curt with EVERYONE. I stood at the front while I waited for my takeout order... Which I was reluctant to order, because he was adamant about not making a minor substitution that I've had made at multiple other locations... I had to use the restroom, but after seeing the disgusting state of the toilet (brown toilet bowl, foul smell, and insects flying around), I'd rather pee on myself than use that toilet.

When my food was ready, it was missing something, and the manager looked me in my eyes to lie and say that it wasn't included. So... I decided to get a refund and not eat anything from this deplorable Ledo's. I got in the car, placed my order at another location, was greeted with kind service and they accommodated my minor substitution (swapped mushrooms for green peppers).

The deplorable state of the Forestville location is a direct reflection of its management. The health department should pay a visit.

I do a lot of call in orders at this location and the staff is friendly, pleasant and welcoming.

The whole time is minimal and the order is available within 15 minutes. So far I have never had to wait longer than 2 to 3 minutes and that was simply because there was a line in front of me.

I love the fact you can custom order and the portions are generous. I have tried many items on the menu and each experience has been positive.

Parking: They are in a strip mail setting adjacent to Food Shoppers and a few steps away from a dollar store.

SMELLS LIKE RAW SEWAGE AND MOLD. DISGUSTING AVOID. Very little seating area and only serve Pepsi products No Coke.

08/26/2024-We purchased a 14 inch, thin crust, BBQ chicken, spinach, onion, green pepper, and tomato pizza. Also ordered one two-liter ginger ale beverage. Delicious! Just right! Yum! Yum! Yum!

We are traveling to see the Orioles play in DC, (Go O’s) we ended up getting a hotel close to JB Andrew’s for the night just to save on money rather than getting on in DC. We picked Ledo due to the reviews. It’s in a large strip mall, that was pretty busy however we didn’t have any issues finding parking. We walked right in grabbed a menu and found a seat (place was empty outside a lot of take out orders). There was a gentleman at the counter who greeted us, and was super friendly. We got a medium (believe a 14”). We are use to square pizza, this was a little different as it’s a bit like a thin pizza. The sauce was sweet, which added a nice labor to the crisp crust. The pizza had a ton of cheese, and overall was really good. You need to get a key get into the bathroom, which I found to be slightly weird but I’m sure they have a good reason from past experience. Overall we would come again if we were in the area. Our 3 & 1 year old enjoyed the food, and the gentlemen who helped us was super nice and friendly with all of us.

Parking: Shared parking lot. Tons of parking

Kid-friendliness: Staff was super nice and friendly with the kids. Had choice boxes and cut the pizza in small pieces for them before bringing to us.

The grilled chicken salad is good and large enough for two meals or to share with your work bestie!
