Employees should improve their customer service. Also, not make online pizza orders too in advance to where the pizza is cold at its scheduled pick up time. I’ll still to the Capitol Heights location :)

Wanted a small personal pizza. Asked the gentleman behind the counter and he helped me with understanding and kindness. He also gave me suggestions for toppings. The pizza was brought to my table with packets of options plates and napkins. It was a great experience bcs I can count on 1hand the quality customer service I've had in PG county in the last 10 years of residing visiting and working there. I wish I had gotten his name. Great job. Thankyou for the hot nice tasting food experience. I will definitely visit again.

Horrible customer service! I spent $80 for specific pieces that I ordered. Sent my son into pick it up and if he did not check it. We got it home and it was the wrong Pizza. Call the store to see if I can get the difference in the price and they were so nasty told me I need a pictures I will never patronize this location again. I will drive out of my way to another location just to receive the customer service that I'm paying for. Using Google voice text please forgive any misspelled words or incorrect grammar. But do not expect good customer service from this location.
