The guy at the window was rude. I asked for ketchup and he just shoved the food through the window and then turned his back to the window. He also forgot an item in my order and once he turned around and reopened the window I asked for ketchup and my missing item he handed me my missing item then slammed the drive thru door and turned away from the door. Once again, I wait until he turned around (because it’s super rude to honk at people and I didn’t want to do that) and he looked annoyed but as I told him I asked for ketchup several times and he ignored the request. After handing me my ketchup he rolled his eyes and slammed the door. Super rude and shouldn’t be working in food service if he is that annoyed by a simple request that he ignored several times.

Worse McDonald’s just bc of the workers. Bad customer service. Drive through was long as shit still sat there and ordered food. Pulled into the gas station next door and find out they forgot half my order and didn’t even give me a receipt for my order when I asked. I will go back and get my money they gonna have to pull back logs and shit bc they didn’t want to take the time to get it right the first time

As the attendant in the drive through was handing my husband our daughter’s happy meal, the meal dropped on the ground. The attendant stated it was not his fault and that we couldn’t get a replacement. This is by far unprofessional. We even was polite enough to get out car pick up items and through away when we could have been nasty and left it there. Highly disgusted with the service of this establishment.

When you are ordering the kiosk should reflect what you have and if you dont have it offer something comparable in price. Wanted bottle oj and got a small oj. On the bottle oj there is a 2.00 up charge and the small oj is 79 uncharge. Come here frequently and this is the second time it has happened and not offered anything different for the price or my money back

They have the most rudest manager on shift. He doesn't know how to speak to his customers when there is a issue. He starts pretending like he don't speak English. It's unfair how we spend our money but get shitty service. Their cashier was a black woman who was told not to assist and then someone else stepped in. This location should do better with respecting customers.. It's rude to speak in another language with others and especially when it's about the customer. I understood what they said. I will be filing a complaint.

Very bad experience they have a very bad service 100% not recommended the food was delivered super cold and I asked for a hot coffee and it was cold and the person who gave it to me was even laughing because I returned it and they always roast the same thing that macdonald is a disgust
