This location really lacks professionalism. I called to try to explain to them that the door dash driver never delivered a 2L soda THAT I PAID FOR! They then prompted me to contact door dash as “this had nothing to do with them”. The dasher indicated that the store never gave him my drink. So at this point I’m in a back and fourth between door dash and Pizza Hut. The girl who answered the phone to answer my call lacked professionalism, sounded irritated, etc. I never once got smart or nasty with her and she very quickly ended the call whenever I was trying to understand what happened WITH MY MONEY!Door Dash then contacts this location, as I told them to process a refund because it’s getting late. When door dash tried to connect me to process the refund, the girl hung up. I call back to get a refund, she says she sent someone out to redeliver ONE SODA AFTER 8pm! I said that’s not what I requested and she blatantly lied and said door dash said I requested a redelivery WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE! I will never spend my money at this establishment again!

Customer service was excellentBut the delivery service was the worst I ever experience order a pizza online however we waited 1 and 1/2 for a pizza to be deliver and it was not .We call the store the send out another pizza when a sense or Urgency the pizza arrived 45 minutes later Like a mash potato Pizza hut you need to stop using third party for delivery and step up on your delivery game

I ordered a meat lovers with two garlic sauce and I didn't receive either. I ordered Cinnamon cake to have driver call to tell me they didn't have buns and I could get stick with two Cinnamon sauce that I didn't get. I even did a tip that I regret plus gave driver tip for delivery. I will not do this again. Pizza was nice. But I paid for sauces that I didn't receive. Plus driver said they lost my ticket and he said that he wouldn't want to order from this store because they couldn't get things together.
I patronized this location last week and I must say it was more than what I expected. The inside is small but clean. The most important part for me is a professional staff that takes care of you. The young lady Monai was very nice and professional. My order was ready in under 13 minutes and taste great. I will visit this location again.

had pizza hut after sticking with dominos for years & i think i’ll continue to stick with them. the personal pizza was sad & definitely straight out a freezer, the pasta was dry & lacking. the only thing decent about my order was at least that their cinnamon sticks never changed over the years.

I’m not sure what they put in this pizza, but eating it gave me violent diarrhea for two days and I’m very annoyed that I have to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. I will not be ordering pizza from this location again.

Pizza was cold, dilevery took over a hour long almost 2 hours, and then the dilevery person did not even have 5 dollars to return change so I was forced to pay 11 dollar tip. I would no recommend doing delivery with pizza hut location
