Terrible customer service, nothing good...and very expensive when they charged me extra for chicken when they only gave me like five pieces of chicken...truly what a disappointment 😞

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sushi roll and a shrimp tempur sushi roll, and they put them in the same container together. My son is allergic to shrimp. This is crazy there trying to kill someone

Times are getting mighty ruff, first off they were short-handed. Then the wait was long and the food taste like left overs. Chicken burnt and the noodles were like the cheap ones for a dollar. This was the worst order I ever hand.
Was not worth the money.

The manager of this establishment extremely rude ! Claiming he knows me and he doesn’t - they had old chicken on the grill- made me wait 30-40 minutes I thought they were cooking but in reality they were cooking food for themselves to leave at night with and then attempted to give me the old chicken in my face literally- I watched them makes plates for themselves 1st and when I ask for a refund they told me to get in line - I was forced to take the food because I was in a rush for an emergences at home - will not be returning to this location again needs change of staff

Don't order from DoorDash and pick it up. You'll thank me later. When I ordered from doordash, I had to wait 40 min to pick it up. When I got to the store to pick up my food their was a rude lady who called out the number I show here my phone and I see 2 bag behind her.she all rudely said you got wait over their till we call your order as she pointed at the corner next to the machine. So I waited. I waited, and she called out all the other orders except mine. Till everyone was cleaning and a staff member who was cleaning told her what about her she never received her order. I waited till the damn store was close to get my food, and the girl said oh sorry ?I thought I gave it to you.""" I was so upset ? I had to post this. I never really like post bad reviews because I have been in those shoes, but this was not it. Even I know doordash or under are the first to give then other customers.

I watched a co-worker having what I referred to as "a food fantasy". They recommended this particular location for its service and food. My waze directed me to the location which is adjacent to the JCPENNEY parking lot in a strip with 2 other businesses.I arrived midday and was welcomed by a pleasant woman near the door. Within 5-10 minutes my meal was prepared which was a combo of teriyaki chicken and shrimp with veggies, noodles, green onions, sesame seeds and extra sauce.The staff was very pleasant and appeared to work well together as a team. The portions were generous and I would definitely eat there again. After I got home I too had "a food fantasy". My vegetables were perfectly cooked, not hard or overcooked. The meats were tender, fresh and flavorable.I have since eaten at two other locations and have come back to this one for a new combo. This time I added steak and the next time I will add salmon which came highly recommended by many people.I would definitely recommend this location, the service and the food options.

Parking: In front of the business are several parking spaces. The overflow lot of JCPENNEY is available as well.

My chicken hibachi was cold. And the serving size was unacceptable. The chicken I received was not cooked all the way through. I eat hibachi 3 to 4 times out of the week because it's a good bang for the buck. However this was the worst location that I've been to buy far. I guess I'll have to order from my DC store only. Same name but two completely different stores.

This is by far my favorite Quickway location! The portion size is great for the price, the food is always cooked fresh & the employees are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good fast food hibachi place!
