I watched a co-worker having what I referred to as "a food fantasy". They recommended this particular location for its service and food. My waze directed me to the location which is adjacent to the JCPENNEY parking lot in a strip with 2 other businesses.I arrived midday and was welcomed by a pleasant woman near the door. Within 5-10 minutes my meal was prepared which was a combo of teriyaki chicken and shrimp with veggies, noodles, green onions, sesame seeds and extra sauce.The staff was very pleasant and appeared to work well together as a team. The portions were generous and I would definitely eat there again. After I got home I too had "a food fantasy". My vegetables were perfectly cooked, not hard or overcooked. The meats were tender, fresh and flavorable.I have since eaten at two other locations and have come back to this one for a new combo. This time I added steak and the next time I will add salmon which came highly recommended by many people.I would definitely recommend this location, the service and the food options.Parking: In front of the business are several parking spaces. The overflow lot of JCPENNEY is available as well.

My chicken hibachi was cold. And the serving size was unacceptable. The chicken I received was not cooked all the way through. I eat hibachi 3 to 4 times out of the week because it's a good bang for the buck. However this was the worst location that I've been to buy far. I guess I'll have to order from my DC store only. Same name but two completely different stores.

This is by far my favorite Quickway location! The portion size is great for the price, the food is always cooked fresh & the employees are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good fast food hibachi place!

I give one star mainly because the manager "Tim" is RUDE. The store list their closing time as 10pm on the door. However, the website says they close at 9:50pm. Nonetheless, once you drive there, they close and lock the door at 9:45pm. I politely brought the discrepancy to his attention and he walked away from me shutting the door in my face.

Customer service was horrible I called they didn’t answer the read the chat to contact them and didn’t respond there communication skills are very horrible they forget the rest of my order and I wasn’t trying to make this a big issue but no contact back is very unprofessional

This was my first and last time here. I have eaten at a lot of hibachi restaurants and this was by far the worst. I couldn't understand the person that was taking my order. I ordered the shrimp and salmon quick way combo. It came with 6 shrimp and 2 pieces of paper thin salmon. That was over cooked and very dry. The noodles were under cooked and the fried rice was just ok. I will never be back to this location again.

My go to for a quick complete meal.. Hibachi shrimp with white rice and vegetables is my favorite. The portions are so big, it takes me 2 meals to eat it all.. reasonably priced too
