Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Just wanted to address something.I come here for a lot of orders for customers. I'll say 98.9% atmosphere is fantastic cheery etc usually a nice vibe. But for the first time I simply asked for a straw for the customer which was right behind next to the drinks behind the counter and it's usually given to me without asking from behind the counter.

The first time I asked for one, she almost grabbed one then walked away and but turned around said you can grab one from over there merely a few steps away it was not a huge effort.
As for the rest of the staff keep doing a great job!!! She was the short one with glasses. Don't know if she's having a bad day or moment but as we were taught whatever is bothering you if it's not work related you leave it outside.

Food and staff are great just wish they used the second line. Haven't seen it opened since the grand opening

I wasn’t even in the mood for chicken but I was driving by and decided to stop in and give it a try. My phone died so I had to wait until it charged so I could take pictures so my food was not hot but that was my fault. The fries were still crunchy but not hot, the chicken wasn’t crispy but was moist, tender and tasty. I’m still undecided abut the sauce. The coleslaw was refreshing and good. I ordered 4 piece tenders, fries slaw, Texas toast and drink for $13. Oh yeah the Texas toast was bumping.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. This location brings the brand down!! Went twice fries were cold and soggy. Tenders half cooked, and toast wet.

The best fast food sweet tea and chicken tenders....argue with me if you like. CFA is declining, and I will take Canes any day over CFA.

Ordered a box combo with extra toast, no fries through the drive through. Multiple people confirmed the order back to me, the receipt has it correct, yet I got home to find out that I actually received extra fries, no toast, and no coleslaw. Be sure to check your order before leaving!

Le.le the manager is awesome fix my. order today with no hesitation .she on it .talk to her phone her word tells it all. We need more managers like her thanks again food is nice hot on point if u ever in the area stop by. Le Le. Her team. are the best.

Came here twice while visiting DC and it was a great experience both times. Food was fresh and hot and the workers were friendly!

Such a wonderful staff at this location everyone is so friendly & always giving us the best service ! We truly love DRE he’s just so happy & make us feel very comfortable while we dine in !!!!
