I came in excited for my ribbon crunch. She started my order and realized the machine was “off” and didn’t know how to turn it on.. how do you work here and don’t know how to turn on a coffee machine. As she made my alternative drink with 0 customer service or enthusiasm, she neglected to fill it. My grande cup was half full with a bunch of foam. Ruined my morning, I threw it in the trash, walked out and came across the street to the REAL Starbucks! I have an issue every time I come to this Target Starbucks! There’s never enough people working! It’s ridiculous! I want a refund!
Very disrespectful people not all but the majority which makes for bad business. The light on the drive-thru menu never work and the staff have the audacity to get nasty when you say something. Starbucks it's time to get this corrected it's been way to long this type of behavior.

This is a bottom barrel establishment. Between the baristas not even greeting you, making you wait 30+ minutes for your order they also don’t follow directions. I’m sure using a top you just had your hands on to scoop whipped cream I made clear I could not have out of my drink is a health code violation. But, that’s what I get for patronizing Starbucks in the first place.

The drive through was slow and backed up. The inside where sugars and creams were stored was very dirty. The coffee was not good. Waste of money ordering from this Starbucks.

I ordered online for convenience and so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive through. Only for the doors of the store to be locked and had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to recieve my order.Then my Frappuccino wasn't frozen and the ice coffee was watered down. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO

My drinks taste different then usual ok no biggie. Barista girl has an attitude. She called my name but it was pronounced wrong so I didn’t know mine was being called. I did ask her but she said oh I pronounce it wrong. No biggie. But it’s our delivery not what we say. I don’t usually frequent this one. Just came because the one across the street is closed. My husband said they are moving. Don’t know why they were closed. But anyway.
