January 4th around 2:24PM i went through the drive thru and ordered a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry cold foam. First the workers all seem to be off and not really knowing what they are making. When i first got the order it tastes watered down, there was barely any vanilla bean flavor. I asked for them to make it again, the drink tasted the same way. I been getting vanilla bean frappes for years AND I used to work at Starbucks; I know for a fact shes not following the recipe card. Im extending disappointed with my order and the service.

This Starbucks is prob one of the worst I’ve been to. The drive through takes FOREVER!!! I have to be desperate to come here because I will usually go out my way to go to another Starbucks to get my order faster. I’ve also been lectured about getting in the drive thru 5 minutes after I placed a mobile order..like Sir please just make the damn drink. It’s gonna take 20 minutes for yall to do it anyway

I stopped at the Forestville Starbucks drive-thru while passing through the area and ordered a latte and two bakery items. I was handed the bakery items and waited at the window for my latte.
While I was waiting, the barista gave me a look—he shrugged, widened his eyes, and appeared annoyed—then said, “Excuse me, why are you still here?” I told him I was waiting for my drink, and he apologized and said he thought he had already given it to me.
I understand mistakes happen, but the body language and tone felt unnecessarily rude. I won’t be stopping at this location again.

I love starbucks but this day I wasn't happy. I went for a medicine ball and got told they didn't have the tea bag needed to complete the drink. So that was very disappointing and that's my local and closest starbucks to me

Came to this Starbucks for a late night snack. They close at 9p I arrived at 7:45p they pretended like they had absolutely no more warm food left, the person taking my order just said “yea you’re a bit too late for that” which made me assume they just didn’t “feel” like heating up a Sandwich which only take less than 5min. This place is only good in the mornings. Save your trip!

I went to the Forestville location to get a venti dark roast. I was told by the barista their coffee machines weren't working and that I couldn't get a pour-over. I was was in disbelief that I was in Starbucks and couldn't get coffee.
