Ridiculous. Drive thru on a Monday at 2pm is averaging 8 minutes per car in the drive thru (mind you I ordered ahead). Go somewhere (anywhere) else

Employee gave me a lecture about not doing my drive thru pick up order 2 minutes before i got in line. Not sure if there was a glitch on their end but the app told me to pick up my drink in 6-9 minutes and i got there in 8 minutes not 2. So i thought this was fine and was surprised at the lecture and attitude. When i explained at the window the other coworker said they have 8-12 minutes to make orders (despite the pick up time the app gave me). I repeated that i got there in 8 minutes and she just kept saying okay and trying to shut the window while im talking.

Just very frustrating and was taken a back. There were 4 cars in front of me so i didnt expect to get my drink immediately anyways and i dont mind waiting. Even if i did place the order late, Whats the difference between me placing my order 2 minutes before and you making it versus me ordering it in the drive thru and you making it? Is it just the fact you have to look for it lol.

I went in to get some coffee. I spoke to a young lady. I am going to assume she is the manager. She just looked at me like I did something to her. Then I said have a nice day. She even ignored me. They only person that spoke to me was the young man in there. I didn't do nothing to anyone in there. So from now on my family nor friends would come go there any more.

The worst Sturbucks I have ever been in. Horrible staff, awful service. No one knows what they’re doing! It is unbelievably BAD…
It’s hard to explain how bad this place is. It took 35 minutes for them to get me a latte and a banana nut bread. How hard is that? So insufficient extremely slow.
I’m never coming back here and I suggest you do yourself a favor and forget that this place exists.

There was no soap in the bathroom. YUCK. there was a pile of poop, on the floor. No lie. 3-4 people working and they spent more time laughing about it than cleaning it up. Even though I told them there was no soap in the bathroom, no one offered a place for me to wash my hands or said that they refilled the soap. It took 20 minutes to get my egg bites and the location was near empty with no line in the drivethru. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. 😒

Not great. Don't make drinks as requested. Bought coffee and not ground as requested and also the bag was missing coffee.

We're only here visiting, but they were quick and the coffee was very good. I did laugh when they got my husband's name wrong and he's now Katy (tbf it gets loud in these places). Either way thank you!

Side note: parking lot is extra small and the line has always been long for the drive thru when we came by. So make sure you give yourself some extra time if it's early in the morning. = )

The service is always slow at this store and they never have anything in stock!!!! I have to go neighboring Starbucks to get my order.

I had to stop coming here because everything is low quality about this Starbucks location. More than likely you will have a very long wait time for your order whether it be the drive thru, pick-up, or a sit-in order. Often my drinks are made wrong and when I come back to get it right and they still (sometimes) make it wrong the second time and it feels intentional at that point. Occasionally I just have to deal with my drink not being made the way ordered because I don’t always have the time to come back and wait again. Most of the baristas have nasty attitudes especially if you tell them you’re drink was made wrong, they get defensive and roll their eyes at you even though they’re the ones that messed up your order. It’s the closest Starbucks near me but I can no longer deal with the inconvenience of this place. I know this may not be the most upscale area in PG county but I still spend money here and deserve better service . And that’s exactly why I have to stop coming to this ghetto ass Starbucks. If I could give a -3 stars, I would.
