Those money saving coupons you receive in the mail are not valid at this particular location, which was a huge disappointment. I don't know if all of the Subway stores have changed the caliber of their toppings, but this particular location no longer has dill pickles. They've been replaced with garlic/dill (emphasis on garlic) dill pickles. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy garlic, but not when it is the only thing you can taste on the sub. I had to throw it away.

Great sandwiches?Customer service are okay. clean store. It would be Great if you could move closer to Dollar Tree and Shopper's Food Warehouse. Too far down the other side of mall. You are one of my favorite place to eat?

Walked the door Person sitting at a table on his phone told me we don’t take coupons. I looked at him as I walked in and looked at the menu I walked right back out.

They do not honor coupons even when the coupon rings up successfully they will go back and cancel the coupon manually or even upcharge you if they think you are getting too good of a deal. Just had to battle with customer service about this locations practices. Do not patronize this location its ran by very dishonest, disrespectful and sneaky owners who are korean. They will speak korean in front of you about your orders and make decisions to upcharge you or remove your coupon unfairly EVEN WHEN THE SYSTEM ACCEPTS THE COUPON. If the owners dont like that Subway sends customers coupons in the mail then maybe dont run a Subway and go open up a Korean shop where you guys do this.

Customer service is lacking--staff/servers were borderline rude. Cookies were overbaked. I've seen worse but have definitely experienced better. I would not go out of my way to patronize this spot.
