I’m pregnant, so naturally i pulled up at 9:30am for a cheesy gordita crunch, 5 layer beefy burrito and a baja blast. The man with the locs is so kind he really turned my day around after having to drive from the Capitol Heights location because it was after 9 and they never opened.

HOW TO HAVE A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE HERE: order onlineeeeeee and pick up through the drive through. the automated voice they have taking orders is so terrible. it cut me off mid sentence and messed my order up. it was so lazy and impersonal on the business’ part.
This would have been 4 stars, but they got everything except for my one taco outside of all the boxes. I was stressed after the whole fiasco of having to order online, having the app buffer every step of the way, and waiting 10-15 minutes for my food, I didn’t notice.
The food assembly was on point and the prices are GOOD. I have seen too many Taco Bell’s recently that get greedy and charge $1-$3 above the usual prices, thankfully this one knows that greed is a sin.

Every time I visit this establishment they never fail to give me fresh hot food. In my honest opinion this is the best Taco Bell in Prince Georges County. Excellent food quick service clean establishment.🤤❤️

The store Mgr refuse to use the cash register today around 12:50 pm. Please don't patronize this store at all. Take your business elsewhere. He also refuse to give me the District Manager phone number. This is not how you doing business with any one in public sector. He needs to be replaced or termination permanently.

I ordered the nacho bell grande with steak. I decided on meat which was a mistake. I never get meat and the steak was nasty. Nachos were delicious. I threw the steak away.

The young man that shared my food tonight march 24,2025was so rude I paid for extra rice and I was looking straight at him he never give me my extra rice.i ask cashier why I did not get my extra rice and he ask the young man if he did gave me the extra rice he answered with and attitude I bought a luxe box too I didn’t get my drink with it he almost didn’t even give me my chips too I’ll never go back at Taco Bell at Donnell Dr at the shopping center bad customers service
Manager on duty was remarkably rude. They did not have my order. I tried to place my order and they refused to help me. He said his name was MD, although I doubt he was honest. Strongly encourage management to look into this store.
