The Cashier/or Manager Jacqueline was very nice and pleasant, she greeted us immediately. Made sure we were alright and everything was clear with our orders. She was suggestive on what goes best with our meals, she was very diligent with the beverage machine when we told her most of the flavorings were out and she kept working on it so we could have the beverages we wanted to enjoy. After a while she had to put an out of order sign up. She checked on us often as we dined up until we left, her overall customer service was wonderful!! As others came in she was the same way and helpful to those who were handicapped so I could appreciate her services throughout the entire visit and experience. The Ambiance was clean, neatly organized outside and inside. I forgot HB doesn't give semi thin slices of meat like a deli!! So the Tavern club was stacked!! With both turkey and ham!! definitely WORTH IT!! just a lot of meat but on Croissant it's amaaazing with the hickory honey/dijon mustard!!

Best place to buy your holiday ham

Hello first Time visit and I loved the Ham Classic! I called ahead and my order was Soooo delicious ,Nice and Fresh! Thanks to all the staff and Happy Holidays!

First off these sandwiches are soooooooo good! I usually just get the whole hams but TikTok sparked my interest and I stopped in to try a sandwich yesterday. The Tavern sandwich was fresh and delicious , so much I ordered two more from UberEats today. Only thing is my sandwiches looked skimpy on the meat in comparison to other sandwiches I’ve seen. Other than that my experience was great and l’ll be back again soon!

Went to pick up my order that I paid for and ordered days ago and the line was down the side walk and wrapped around. Why keep emailing me that my order was ready and have me wait hours to pick it up. Waiting hours is crazy it’s not like it was free. People have other things to do, therefore I couldn’t wait. The top flight security guard at the door said the only way to cancel my order was to call the store. Needless to say no one ever answered the phone. My family is out of a Turkey for Thanksgiving and I need my refund!!! Don’t waste your time!!! Such a huge disappointment!!!

Terrible organization skills around holiday time. And system keeps going down making people wait in line for an hour then saying they only accepting cash. Management is not good.

Is everyone aware you all offer more than just delicious ham and turkey, but also the best deli sandwiches and salads. They use the same ham and turkey(smoked or roasted) for the best fresh made to order delectable sandwiches. Lorenzo makes each one with love and Jacqueline always greets you with a big smile, even though you rush in just before closing. This is the go to place instead of those commercial processed meat deli shops.

The food was good, and the pick-up went smoothly. My only concern was the phone call received that there would be no delivery due to no drivers. Thankfully, I was able to pick up and deliver.

Poor customer over the phone just asking questions due to confusion from multiple staff. The first staff member s slammed the phone down then the second staff member hung up on me.The assistant manager didn’t take matter seriously.
