Poor customer over the phone just asking questions due to confusion from multiple staff. The first staff member s slammed the phone down then the second staff member hung up on me.The assistant manager didn’t take matter seriously.

I could not believe this store. People were lined up outside trying to get in line. This was my first time and I knew the food had to be good with so many people standing in line. I purchased a 7 pound Honey Baked Ham and a small sliced Turkey packet. The manager was so helpful but she sent Mr Alonzo to complete my order. He took care of my needs and brought all the Ham with him to the front counter. I will return to this store again. The food and customer service was outstanding.

My advice to you is to order ahead. I was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes the Tuesday before Thanksgiving because I ordered in advance. Honey baked ham is always delicious just a bit pricey. Their sandwiches are also really good!

I just discovered the lunch menu and decided to give it a try. Moesha, the young lady who helped me, was fantastic and recommended some items for my next visit. The mac & cheese is particularly delicious; I plan to take it home and bake it. The cookies were also a highlight. Even though I realized I ordered the wrong sandwich once I returned to work, it was still a decent choice. I'll definitely be back to try what I originally had in mind.
