Store#1295 Food is good, but they have a tendency to place to multiple orders in one serving container/tray which makes a person unable to give the person's food you ordered for to them. I need it separate. Even when you ask they still do what they want. Also, the wait is longer than normal. It seems they cater to preparing online or call in orders first rather than attending to their walk-ins.

Extremely slow service!! The front staff complete disregarded having people wait and literally moved with no urgency! I ordered a SMALL FRY .. they took over 20 minutes to even acknowledge me waiting for just fries

They was slow took 35 mins for my over the phone order, then or was only 3 people working the kitchen and nobody tending to the front or pick up orders. They had no ice in the machines then when I asked they act like they didn't hear me, then on top of that they had no napkins out. Won't go back to that joint reminds me why I don't go

2 Stars because my food was made . 0 stars for the service. I just think they don't care anymore. My chicken didn't even have no damn SEASONING ON IT AND i asked for oldbay, not plain. I ordered ALL flats, these hos gave me drums and flats. I hate drums. Some girl in there tried to make me pay extra for seasoning i ASKED to be put on my fries in the first place. Dont give me no damn unseasoned fries. Part of the fry was COLD , other was hot... ew. Then the dude in there act like he scared to satisfy a customer needs & the other young lady, just has a stank attitude as if she run this business. I would think she do by the way this wingstop operates. The only thing good was my damn sweet tea. I dont even think I wanna eat wingstop nomore, cook yo wings in that airfryer and run from this wingstop.

Great customer service! Very busy night, and had to wait, but the manager or staff realized and went above and beyond accommodating. Gave a free drink for the long wait and apologized. That's good service and keeps folk coming back.

This was my first time here. Due to the location I was a little hesitant about the service. The service was excellent. The location was very clean including restroom.

The lady who helped me was very helpful. I wish I knew her name. She knew exactly what she was doing on the register, got my order right the first time, and was very friendly. The wings were a 7/10.

I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to the chicken not being cooked fully causing the veins to bleed out. I was beyond horrified. Because she basically stated that the chicken was not fully done but they still served it. I got a call almost an hour later by the district manger whom argued with me stating the food was cooked fully and that’s how chicken would look if you cooked it at home. I was totally lost for words at this point. Being someone whom has worked in the culinary industry for over 12 years and had some of the top training both in the US and overseas I was very insulted. I wouldn’t serve this to a dying animal. I was basically told that nothing would be done about this matter. I’m at a total lost words words and still feel sick to my stomach. If I were you I would not spend a dime in this establishment where your health is no importance to the brand.

You buy 2 orders of wings online it shouldn’t matter if you request sauce online or when you get there they charging me for stuff that should have been free … 1.25 per lil cup of blue cheese is unacceptable

If I could give less then one star I would. I visited yesterday and I had not been there in months. They have changed 100%, for the worst. Food was HORRIBLE. I can say more but I’m not. I don’t not write bad reviews, unless I am really really disappointed and the experience was so horrible, I can’t let it go with sharing. Hoping they will do better by people. I will never give them another chance. I’m still traumatized. Yep it was that bad. Had to trash it all. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.

Came here for some garlic parmesan wings, seasoned fries and a drink. We ordered on the app to give them time! The wings were dry, baked not fried and the garlic parm wings were not wet like how the wingstop in Dc are, The fries were plain and unseasoned! If you don't have indoor seating you shouldn't be half assing food. I will be getting in contact with whoever it is in charge and if need be I will go over them too. Next time somebody spend their money , make sure they get quality!

I placed an order online. I arrived to pick my order up at 11:40 PM, twenty minutes before the location was supposed to close. I spoke with the manager, Guy, the next morning. Guy apologized, took my contact information and never followed up with me. I went to the location the next day. I spoke with Guy who apologized again, asked for my contact information, again. He wrote it down in a composition book. Guy told me he spoke with the District manager, who wanted to issue and refund and send me a gift card. Over 30 days later and I have NOT been contacted by Wing Stop or received my refund. Don’t visit this location unless you want you money stolen!

DONT ORDER FOOD HERE. I had the worst experience. I ordered Cajun and they gave me original hot. I ordered Cajun fries and they gave me REGULAR. If y’all don’t understand what’s on the menu, then you need to SPEAK up. I called to talk to somebody and the manager keeps putting me on hold… worst wing stop ever. GO TO CLINTON one.
