This place🥴 It seems the only person that has some common sense of customer service here is the person that takes your money. Being in customer service for over 20 years you don't start by saying "what can I get you"... They are very unprofessional. The food is not that great compared to other locations. Bottom line, I don't care what you do for a living.... Be the FREAKING BEST at whatever it is. You NEVER know who you may serve. This was experience was just horrible. God help us all with people in positions as such.

I was thirsty just wanted some water and the manager told me the had to fix the machine and it will take 5 mins. But they were getting drinks for the next customer. I only pad for nuggets just because I went through the drive thru so I figured I’d just order something other then water. The other employees were laughing at the window just ghetto and unprofessional. I will drive the extra miles to another Wendy’s when this location is right by my house shame.
