It’s a Dunkin, right? Convenient location, but it’s loaded with contractors buying huge orders and a staff, mainly the sluggish large guy at the register, that doesn’t really have a hustle in their body. Matter of fact the big dude is mumbles and is kind of an unexpected jerk sometimes. Better off going to the shoppette next door, probably faster.

Just go to the one off base. From plastic bits in my drink, to waiting 10 minutes for the two dudes up front to make a female employee doing actual work stop what she's doing to take and make my order, to getting the milkiest chai I've ever seen, I've tried three times and I'm done. Just save yourself and go to the one off base, you'll have a way better time and your items will be better prepared.

Love this Dunkin, not only cause it's on base, but the staff is awesome. Friendly and most always remember my order from before. Highly recommend this Dunkin if you're on base.

I literally had four kids and myself waiting patiently to order while there was a manager and like 5 employees standing around. Ironically the supervisor was yelling at her employees about their customer service and time availability all while ignoring us. One of them finally noticed us and pointed us to the cash register across the side from us and told us to use the kiosk to order (which didn’t work). We waited and tried to get their eye contact before getting annoyed and walking out without another word being said or being noticed. Terrible terrible customer service and loss of 5 sales and I was wanting to order a cake for Fathers Day. Two thumbs down. What a disappointment for the kids.

If I could do negative stars, I would. This place is trash. The worst location that exists in the Dunkin franchise. They never have any food, their customer service is horrendous, when you do get your order its always wrong. Just avoid this place at all costs. Its better to go hungry than to deal with this place. Absolutely terrible.

Conveniently located with a gas station and Arby's. I ordered a coffee and a roast beef sandwich next door. Basically a condensed food court layout. Plenty of parking and the workers processed my order within a few minutes.

EVERY time I come to this Dunkin Donuts ( 4x per week ) the wait time in the Drive - Thru is ridiculous (15 minutes or longer ), they NEVER hand out napkins & NOW they can't even get two cups of coffee right.... FIX IT ASAP !

They never have food, and most times the coffee is poorly made whether its burnt or watery. Best to save your money. Only reason it gets a 2-star is because sometimes they give good service, but I wouldn't expect it. Most of it's problems likely aren't the employees' fault anyway.
